Look at the stickies at the top of the page of Hermes Mobile 6. They should get you started. You need to get hardspl on your device first and then flash to the ROM of your liking.

Dear, i have spend alot of time on this forum. at the end, i have reached the conclusion that there are just three step u need to follow.
1. first unlock the image installed on cellphone by factory
2. then upgrade it to WM 6.1, and finally
3. upgrade it to WM 6.5
2nd step is not necessary as u can directly go to 3rd step.....1t u have to unlock ur spl.......2nd after unlocking spl u can load any rom in ur gene excluding official one.....
Guys.. please read the forums.. There is a complete guide on how to upgrade... Even I am a complete noob but managed to flash my device without any problems... Big Thank you to Krazy for the guide...

i wanted to install HardSPL to install new ROM's
the updater starts i do everything they say but when the updater starts it keeps hanging at 0% and after a while i get ERROR[262]:UPDATE ERROR and i can try to recover my phone.
Can somebody please help me i'm a noob on nike and upgrading of my nike

hi.i am a new here and i want your help.i tryed to unlock my niki 100 from orange but when i was trying to run NikiCustomRUU.exe all ok start updatiting and stack in 95persent.after that when i opened i get three lines and spl-1.16.000 cpld-4.can you help me?

u didn't clear about what u were using nike custom ruu.but I guess from ur msg that u already have hardspl on ur device.try flashing any cooked rom or even the original rom on ur device and c if its get flashed on ur device.
don't worry nothing wrong will happen to ur device,since u t at XDA DEVELOPERS

You have a G4 device, so the picture send by you is a tipycal problem when you don't check Vista/W7 option. Read all posts from Prophet_Upgrade tool, your problem was discused some time ago there... Prophet device can't be upgraded from sd card, it need special SPL to support this. Please read until start a new thread!!!!
i used xp and i flashed with 2 kinds of rom's on urs and other one i have g4 device
