In Trip's MIUI ROM there is a built-in call recording feature, easily accessible when you are on the phone and it works perfectly!
If you really need to record calls, that's the way to go! ;-)

I was under the same impression, but I have managed to get Tasker to record all incoming and outgoing calls under Wolf's 6.1.3. ROM.

Using Trip's MIUI too.And the call recording works well.Maybe u could try this rom. It's really beautiful and has good battery life.If u're under other 2.2 roms, try use other recording apps to solve this problem.

thanks guys!
@Galaxea i'll try tasker maybe it'll work i really don't want to try Miui

I have been using my SE MW600 with stock Motoblur ROM since I got my phone. It works great for me. Connects well, I'm able to pause/play skip music, answer phone and make calls.
I'd suggest deleting the pairing on your phone and repairing the device.

[Q] phone line call recording

Hi, do we have any Two way call recording (in-line / phone line) kernel/ROM for xperia mini pro please?
Most (probably all) custom kernel here support two way call recording. For rom, miui got built in call recorder which works pretty well.

The only custom kernel that clearly states "two way recording support" is the rage one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1398910 . So i am not so sure that all other custom kernel do the same.

Call recording?

I've tried CM10.1.3 stable and Liquidsmooth roms on my I9300 and am currently using Liquidsmooth 2.10 (Android 4.3) as my daily driver which I'm very happy with. However - call recording doesn't work! I used to use Galaxy Call Recorder when I was running stock Samsung android, but this no longer works. Anyone know how I can make it work? Or what roms might be better for call recording?

Tried that one, it only seems to record one half of the conversation rather than both. If the other party speaks loud and there's no background noise you can just about make it out. I used to be able to record from incoming and outgoing channels and thus loud and clear for both. Anyone know how to do this with liquidsmooth, or know of a GS3 rom which allows it?

If you read the thread, you'll find that you'd need to tweak the settings to find what works for you.

I have I9300 (CM 10.1.3) and app that recording all calls from line, not from native api.
There is a Google play link CallRecorder
and XDA Developer thread LINK

ROM with default call recorder

I am using S2, its been long , i am still using S2 with 4.1.2 .
Please let me/everyone know list of Roms that supported with default Call recording feature. OR works with 3rd party App that works with specific ROM
Its Very simple question.
Hope its easy :good:
Or you could simply download a call recorder on your custom rom !

ROM with best battery life and automatic call recording

Miui has a great option included in dialer allowing to record every voice call.
Is there any other ROM that has this feature and great battery life?
Havoc Q latest and Nitrogen Q both have automatic call recording and pretty good battery life.
Thank you, any other propositions?
I would recommend EvolutionX

It has automatic call recording?
What would you recommend half year after?
Pixel v5 ported rom don't know about recording but beat for battery life
Thank you for another recommendation.
Now I'm trying Lineage OS 17 .1 Nightly, without any GooSpy apps, works pretty well and has great battery life
But Automatic call recording is built in only to MIUI and Havoc.
It's really strange, because much of ROMs have call recording implemented well, but it's not automatic.
I have used crDroid P and Q for nearly 7.5 months and battery life is very good. With arter kernel active drain varied between 5.5-6.5%/h. With stock OD 6-7%/h. And with NGK 7-8%/h but it delivers the most fluid experience so worth the small decrease in battery life. This is purely with my usage patterns. YMMV.
crDroid Q has always-on automatic call recording and works flawlessly.

Dear friend, you are my salvation, thank you for sharing information about this application. Axet Call Recorder works like a charm on Lineage OS 17.1 . I suppose that on ROMs that have dot on caller app for record call, it will record calls perfectly.
Big thanks for sharing this application dear Friend
