guys, dont need flash all files..
undo files is for - went back to original framework.
then u need flash flash ics layout 1st.
first time flash it will stuck at bootanimation, be patient, take out ur battery flash the undo ics layout files, then reboot .. ok, them flash the ics files again(is not undo files),reboot n done...
2nd, just choose one whice animate u wan... dont flash two files..

many apps of xperia s do not work because of framework.
I tried to port the video and radio but they did not work without framework.
i too ported the xperia s rom and sent it to my friend and he reported me that its booting but there were many size problems
As i could not test it my self I left the project.
I too was unable to deodex some apks like
bootinfo.odex
CdfInfoAccessor.odex
device-monitor.odex
IddAgent.odex
qcsemcservice.odex
SemcCrashMonitor.odex
SemcPhone.odex
ServiceMenu.odex
SmartcardService.odex
usb-mtp-vendor-extension-service.odex
these were the odex files left in app folder
hey by the way my port was very heavy it was nearly 300 mb

Its not as easy as that. Some system app sometimes had libs associated with it, and without knowing which exactly the libs, simply copying just the apk wont work.

can u make me work semcvideo.apk which work on stock ICS rom ? i tried to push that into system apps set permissions too but its not appearing
Any way to disable status bar transparency?

Ported your rom to Xperia Mini(ST15i) and it works just fine(as reported by my friend)
To install rom to Mini
Install the two zips provided by Lasan and then the zip provided by Me.
Do not reboot before flashing the three zip files.

Today I mod the framework-Res.apk of creed 3.5 for s3 ripple effect lock screen.... right now I don't have a PC... so I did everything from my phone... so maybe its not very cool but I hope u guys will like it... I resized the PNG files and font of S3 and used it here....

But if u want to do it by urself then open framework-res.apk by 7-zip or winrar or whatever and copy the png's from here-http://db.tt/dHuQLChT and copy all png files to framework-res.apk/res/drawable-ldpi/here then repack it then copy your framework-Res.apk to system/framework/**here** phone will be automatically reboot.... enjoy....

How to install this...??
Actually I build its as a metamorph/zip themer theme . If I upload the whole framework-res then only for the lockscreen ur full ui will change so I made this which will be install like a patch..
Proccess-
-Download zip themer (link at bottom)
-Install and open it
-now it will ask for this
Press ok and goto edify script
Now chose browse
It will go into your file manager. U have to chose any of your flashable zip/theme/rom..
after chosing clic configure.. now come back and input my Xperia_S_lockscreen.zip
Now chose output location of the file.. now chose 'build it'..
It will start making a flashable zip to your sd card
After finishing u will see a zip file is created in the output location u set.
Now Boot into CWM and flash the zip (which u created with zip themer)
Done!!
Reboot system and enjoy.. ''chose AOSP'' as lockscreen..

Who getting problem first chose edify script and then chose any of your existing theme/any flashable zip and select configure.. then chose my zip and build flashable zip.through the app..

But it has a differrnt ui then urs. I suggest u to follow the full process carefully... and don't forget to update edify script...

ya i have flashed the zip and done as said.....but still no success....btw what kernel r u using??? i am using kuro kernel

Just go to system/etc/permission
Then search r there XML files having beginning com.sonyericcson..........
If yes then go to framework
And look files with beginning com.sonyericcson. ......jar
If filed are present then the apps must work .......
If that files r not present, extract the zip and copy all files to appropriate place, change permission and reboot........
Then ok!!!!

every thing is present in their respective folders........Its strange y it does work in 1 hyperion8 and not on the other.............i know it shouldn't happen but thats wat is happening

Try again by reflashing rom...

Can any1 here sspecify me how to change the frameworks. i have the apk.. but when i copy to system /framwork it just starts then stops
my phone reboots. and stops at boot animation.
i.e the copy process didnt complete..
help guys.

for framework you must flash trough cwm.
make flasable zip and flash...

probably NO. but u can try. if not just extract png's and replace them in ur GB (current systemui) done
