[Q] BT Mouse, 2.3, and Webtop: Do they play nicely? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey all,
Does anybody have input on using BT mice on 2.3? I'm considering getting a dock for my RAZR and hooking it up to a spare monitor. I already have a BT keyboard that works fantastically with 2.3; I am a little more concerned about BT mice. Does anyone have experience with BT mice, 2.3, and Webtop?
Thanks,
Nathan

which external (bt/ir/usb) keyboards are compatible?

I have a T-mobile vario, and was thinking of getting an extra folding keyboard (so I can type faster); does anyone know of one that would be compatible with any of the HTC wizard variations? Found one post re: bluetooth; anyone know any others? Ideally IR (cheaper than bluetooth) or, even better, usb (if that would work)?
thanks,
(it was the Logitech DiNovo BT Keyboard)
sorry - didn't mention, the post I found mentioned that the Logitech DiNovo works - which is a promising sign, but its too expensive. And not very portable.
the stowaway bt keyboard is by far my favourite
although it' more expensive than other keyboards, it's worth it
great battery life too
i have a freedom keyboard (bt) running with a qtek 9100 and rom 2.8. it does work and i paid it 89USD. moderately satisfied (mechanics is not great), probably improved with the freedom II.
see www.freedominput.com
I have to ask why you'd want to lug a keyboard around when there's one built in to the device
because they built-in keyboard isn't good for long pieces of writing
say, you're listening to a lecture, you won't be able to type on the thumb board as a keyboard, and it wouldn't be fun to type on the thumb board for 2 hours straight

Official Playstation 3 Bluetooth Headset With HTC Touch HD ??

Hi guys,
i am thinking of buying a new bluetooth headset for my touch hd. I also got a ps3 and was wondering if i buy the official ps3 bluetooth headset will it work with the HD. Any Help in that issue will be greatly appreciated.
Yes, I bought one for my PS3 and whilst never had the need for bluetooth headset for the HD, gave it a go and it works fine. So now use it on the odd occassion, but otherwise it stays docked next to PS3.
Can't give a particular reason since i'm not an experienced headset user, but if primary use was for phone over PS3, perhaps not the best choice.

[Q] Logitech diNovo Mini & Photon

Has anyone tried the Logitech diNovo Mini with the Photon? Don't know any reason why it wouldn't work but wanted to check. I know some phones don't have the proper bluetooth drivers to do it without a 3rd party app.
As a follow up to my original post.....
I ended up getting this item instead of the Logitech due mostly to the cost:
Superior Loftek Rii Touch N7 Mini Wireless Keyboard
It is wireless but not bluetooth however says it has a 30'(10m) range. Battery is rechargeable via USB. The unit is very light and decent build quality. Has backlight option. Most functions work good when using Webtop (except for the Windows specific). All in all it seems to be an easy to use device and makes navigating a whole lot easier while still being ultra portable.

[Q] What is the best/most useful gaming controller for Android?

Hey Girls and Guys,
I'm constantly looking for the best gaming controller for android....
Right now i have a Transformer TF700 (without Dock, so no USB controllers for me ) and an Incredible S (running Miui v4): what is the best controller for me?
Nyko announced the availability of Playpad and Playpad Pro a bluetooth gaming controller thats seems to be perfect: mapping app, bluetooth, works with windows as well, nyko has experience with controllers....
http://www.nyko.com/products/product-detail/?name=PlayPad+Pro
also there is the option of somehow pairing a XBox/Playstation Bluetooth Controller with your tablet. Is this working? and if yes: fun?
in March there will be the OUYA Console, also with a wireless Controller. Better to wait for this one?
Tanks!
