I know my boy NEWT has a leak of sense 3.6...
Is there any information about it that he could let us know. Lol or is it still too confidential.
I have it also. Nothing to write home about right now. Be happy with the working 4.0.1 leak we have now. The Sense 3.6 leak still has the issues the 4.0.1 leak initially had but fixing them is being more troublesome.
I don't know if you can answer this, but would sense 3.6 be a later upgrade after the ota to ics and sense 3.5 version of ics
No. I honestly can't tell the difference. For all we know it could just be a number change.

I've heard we'll be getting Sense 4.0 with the official ICS OTA. I would assume they'll incorporate some stuff to make it more ice cream sandwichy
I am hoping that. After seeing the sensation leak it made me worry a bit. I kind of like big Makeovers.

Yeah, the Sensation leak was, well, kind of ugly. I think Sense looks better than AOSP. I just like the way that AOSP functions in general. It would be nice if we could get the ICS functionality with the look of Sense, plus some more little goodies.

I just read somewhere else that it appears they're working on ICS for 3.5. That would be horribly disappointing. New devices they've announced (the quad core ones, for example) seem to be the ones that will be getting Sense 4.0 with ICS. I just hope they realize we want 4.0, as well and give it to us on the OTA.

Hence the fragmentation of Sense... I guarantee we'll be getting a 3.5 version of ICS. They did the same thing with the EVO which never got out of Sense 1.0. That's why we root right?? I'm still stock but I'll pop her cherry when the right rom comes.

Agreed. I'm not terribly worried since I'll get a new phone before the OTA comes (if the HTC quad-core phones are out), or we'll already have some ICS with a rom. You should check out Chingy and Newt's rom, btw. This thing is awesome
I'm back to the Rez from the Nex. Soo glad! I hope to see the app grouping which from the leak appears to be there.
Also the voice to text and auto correction from ICS ****ing rules! I love the stock Sense keyboard. The ICS Android keyboard and I have spacebar issues!
How bout a redesigned weather widget?? HTC set the mark for the weather widget. Time to bring it back home!

Seeing as it's the first build, there are some minor issues and things that just won't work yet. That being said, I've never seen a more polished and sexy rom in a first build ever. I've seen some v4+ that aren't as nice as this thing is. If you get flash happy, give it a go since you won't be disappointed. If you can wait a little bit, let them get the bugs out. Something beyond amazing would have to pull me away from this rom.
So I saw the the ruu has leaked for the one S. So much for the sense 4.0 Roms being made off the one x lol.

doubt it. Engadget just did a 3.6 sense review and said that all current devices that get ICS will get 3.6. 4.0 has camera and audio stuff (like beats throughout) that htc says current phones cannot do.

I am sorry for bringing this up. I know how you guys feel about ICS posts.
But since the designated ALL ICS thread is so cluttered. I felt compelled to ask on a separate thread because this is a real issue.
When I saw a video demonstration that Samsung and Google did about ICS... I saw much more attractive features than I have received with my current update.

#1 i am developing cm9,AOKP and an stock AOSP rom for the phone and you can do this by just taking apks from the cm9 nightlies and replacing the ones in here

HTC really found a way to destroy the fantastic features of ICS....

As soon as someone gets the leak deodexed I'll be working on a very slimmed down sense that will be very much like Aosp. I'm already running the stock launcher with aosp apps and much of Sense taken out. I just can't really distribute it until a deodexed version is made first.

See... I knew there was a reason to why I like you so much (not in a sexual way or anything) .... I just spent a sh!t load of money on lock screens and phone dialers lol....
This will save me one extra headache...

love me some sense hehehe. and now i cut down the huge memory footprint by 200MB my jelly bean sense rom will be Jell-o. that will be the name for my jellybean rom

Hawk is working on a Sense 5 version of EclipticRez. He was waiting for the HTC One to drop on Verizon so he could finish it.
