[How To] Custom KERNELs list for Samsung Galaxy 5 I5500 - Samsung Galaxy 5 I5500

Hello! I open this new topic for all of you that want to develop a custom Kernel for Samsung Galaxy 5 I5500. This is my third Android phone ( i have aa LG Optimus One P 500 and a Samsung I9000 Galaxy S) and I look everywhere fora custom kernel for this phone, but with no luck. So, I know that somwhere in this world exista few guys that right now develop a few kernels for Galaxy 5. All I did was to open this topic so they can psot here links to their alpha relese, beta relese and final relese of their kernels. Of cours, I you know a link to a kernel for this device, you can put it here.
Good luck to everyone of you!
Here is my request for a new kernel on MadTeam Forum... http://www.madteam.co/forum/requests-27/(kernel)-standalone-kernel-for-stock-rom-or-custom-2-2-froyo-roms/

I'm not a real developer but for my 2nd device (Galaxy y GT-S5360) is a kernel (Merruk's kernel:thumbup: ) which is in my opinion the best kernel on android. But i don't know if porting a kernel is possible

Poring kernel is possible but i don't think much guys do that for galaxy 5.
Galaxy 5 have much custom roms but only few custom kernel (which are basicly included in rom).
I know that most phones have separated kernel and rom but i don't know why it is dofferent for galaxy5.

So I'm an owner of a Galaxy Y with custom Kernel Merruk's 2.5 which I can overclock to 1,2 GHz and its a great kernel with many features

My opinion ( im doing so ) is that the best, fastest and stablest roms are stock roms with a custom kernel
i own a I9001 galaxy s plus with the latest valuepack stock firmware by samsung and the sky high kernel v.1.4
it ssmooth and fast and stable
im running it since a week and no problems since now
i also tried many custom roms but in many cases u always find a bug
the sky high kernel for my device allows me to oc it to 1.8GHZ
The I/O Shedulers are great im using 1.4 GHZ (standart) and the interactivex sheduler
Hey guys. Just one question, is it possible to update Samsung GS Wifi 5.0 YP-G70 to Android 4.0?

HELP!! Need Developers.

HI, I was wondering if anyone wanted to add a new device to their Source or AOSP Developing. See, me and alot others have a device known as the Samsung Dart. It is a sister varient of the Samsung Galaxy Mini. The reason I'm asking for someone to compile roms for it is that it still runs android 2.3! The Samsung Galaxy Mini is running Android 4.2. It doesn't matter if you don't own the device! I'm a very good rom porter, so I'm just asking for a DEV Rom. Something to get progress started. I was wondering if anyone could help. I have the links to the source for the Dart. Im just asking for a ics or jellybean port.
If your interested here you go:

If you are interested in porting cwm recovery, here is CWM 5.0.2.6 for the dart(scroll down):

This a list of all the official stock ROMs from Samsung available for the Samsung Galaxy Mini/Dart (SGH-T499):

And sense the Samsung Dart doesn't have it's own XDA, Here is the forum to post your roms:

[Q] Stable and smooth ROM

Hi!
A friend has a Samsung Galaxy S III (I9300). He would like to change ROM, now he's on latest firmware (4.3 if I remember right).
He like Android Lollipop based ROMs, but if there are other ROMs (KitKat for example) that are best we'll install it.
I don't know how to flash a kernel, a recovery and a ROM on Samsung phone (I have a Sony).
So please can you tell a good ROM smooth and stable for this phone? And also can you tell me how to flash it (noob guide because I don't know Samsung phones).
We don't want to try all ROM (I'm impressed, there are very many ).
Thanks in advance!
P.S.: Sorry for my bad English.

Here you will learn everything about flashing a custom ROM on a Samsung Galaxy S III I9300.
To choose your ROM, you can first of all decide if you want a Samsung-based or an AOSP-based ROM.
Another thing not mandatory but positive is to see that people are still using a ROM, so look in the I9300 Android Development and Original Development forums for active [ROM] threads.
Once you’ve chosen the one you want, be sure to read its thread carefully before flashing it.
Hope it helped!
I recommended this KitKat ROMs (stable, fast, smooth) (TOP for me)
Blekota Note 4 lite v4
Blekota S5 v11
QS-i9300 kitkat NJ1
Back to n00t v9.
