Cyanbread for Froyo
Hello guys! I have successfully ported "Cyanbread" theme from CM7.2 to Froyo I know most of you guys are using CM, but this is my first time porting themes, so I hope you like it!
Note: This theme is for stock and 5 lockmod ROMs only! I'm currently porting it to 9 lockmod, so please wait!

How to install (CWM recovery is required):
- Hit "Thanks" or "Donate to me"
- Download and copy it to your SDcard
- Reboot into recovery by pressing Vol-, Vol+, Menu, and Power button together
- Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache
- Reboot recovery
- Install .zip from SD
- Reboot & Enjoy

not really, but it takes a long time to finish
I trying to make a theme myself. Seems every hard to make one from scratch. Made on by modding achep's ics theme. Also it becomes all more hard, cause all guides are for linux

It's hard especially when you're making/porting themes from CM As long as you don't make any mistake in XML or .9.png editing, then everything will be fine

Is it 9LM ? Are all the apks themed ? Can u add more screenshots of dialer, settings, etc.

I did not create this ROM, I just modified it as I like to use and the look of the Samsung TouchWiz
Remember: This is my personal ROM is based on MiniCM6!

- Now the camera button is working to take photos - Thanks UAL4588 to post the fix, I really love this fix!
- Application icons changed to look like TouchWiz from Galaxy S
- AOSP Theme - It looks like Galaxy S too (Read FAQ)!
- I let the overclocking active, but if you do not want it flash this module - thanks again ponanovn to post this update -
- I put two launchers in the ROM, the TouchWiz and the stock AOSP Froyo, I like these two because they are very good
- You can use all the things and themes of MiniCM 6 1.0.1
- I included some apps

Bugs: sometimes, on the TouchWiz launcher, SD apps disappear! - Read the FAQ to see how to get around this problem -
To next update:
- Porting the rotatory and lense lockscreen (I need help with this, so all are welcome )
- Putting Edge Glow Effect in ROM (it is shortly to carry, but I'm having a little problem )
- Porting CyanogenMod 7 settings (Whoa, I need help with that too )
- I need some HTC launcher, i like the look of Sense

1- Why SD apps desappears on TouchWiz launcher?
R: I think it's a mismatch between the TouchWiz and native2SD. When this bug occurs, kill the TouchWiz Launcher and start it again, this will cause it to reload the apps in the app drawer ...
2- Can I use the themes of MiniCM6?
R: Yes, of course!
3- Why my notifications bar are not white?
R: Because the theme are black, if you wanna the white notifications go to Settings -> CyanogenMOD settings -> User interface -> Tweak extras and choose a theme, select "STOCK_Sense" and reboot! Enjoy...
4- Heeelp! My phone is in bootloop!
R: Relax man, just flash the No-OC.zip and try it! Enjoy...
5- Heelp again! My phone is on a black screen, what to do?
R: Just wait, the phone will start the Android setup wizard...That will take a few minutes!
6- Why your english are too bad?

I would have 2 question to dev:
1. I notice in screen capture that model is E15a. Can you confirm everything works the same in E15i??
2. This being your ROM, please detail if you have Synaptics ar Cypress chip (digitizer). This is very important because Doixanh's module V007 for pinch-to-zoom does not work on Cypress.

It's E15a on screenshot because my X8 is an E15a
And my digitizer, it's Synaptics...

Hi all!
I ported the FroYo AOSP theme to our Galaxy3!
If you want to use my theme, you unfortunately need to be on a Deodexed ROM. (This because else the clock won't be black.)
In the attachement you will find an "update.zip" you can install this though CWM.
It includes the:
- framework-res.apk
- twframework-res.apk
- Settings.apk
- Services.jar (This is needed for the clock color)
- android.policy.jar (This is needed for the lockscreen)
The theme works on all XXJPS ROM's! I think it work well on all other ROMS too but you have to try that!!

I think the problem is because you are on JPM, my theme is made on JPS.

You can just upload the themed launcher.
Don't share ported apps as if you'll share them, then the uniqueness of your ROM will be gone !
Very nice and clean theme. Working fine.
Clock disappeared!
OK ,so I install this theme and when the phone boots up it starts freezing on the lock screen and then auto restarts. this happens continuously without a break.so I decide to go back to my original theme.everything seems tobe working fine except I can't see the clock on the status bar anymore nor is the clock app working. any idea what's happening here? ?

its due to modded services.jar .....for aosp theme it was modded to have black clock........so now all u need to do is take stock services.jar and put to ur system everything will be fine.

small requests,can you include this to the theme ? one with the application we can edit the position and what to show and not.
Also in menus like settings can you make it show selected theme background like stock theme instead the black background ? or some other matching background instead black one ? will look nice
A lot to do I did step 1 and 3 before, CM7 doesn't need step 2, so thank you a lot and am going to do this

Screenshots is in the first post. It only work with stock rom.

it has to be modded in the TWLAUNCHER ....not in the framewok...

As somebody requested, heres the port of the Galaxy Mini rom called MiniSense. Its ported from Samsung Ace and now i did it for the x8. I took GingerDx v22 as base for it.

U did only a recovery not a zip for flash. And did i say that its something special? Only a answer to a request. Will improve it soon and please if you dont like my work, use your time for better things

What the hell are you talking about? Fail I ported this very rom from some other device. But i din't put it on Xda since it is kinda lame and everyone can install these apps on their current rom.

It's a flashable zip. Not a recovery image. Fail.

dont want to be rude,but this can be done by anybody in less then 2 mins.lewa os and joy os port takes about 2 mins(that is not that easy .just insert apps in system,change perms and poof.you have this rom you made.but good job for trying
