Walkman is better , I tried both so install walkman before you install anything ( ie no touching on libs before)

But I feel good on beats audio when I tried with my sony headphones. .. Its having more sound, bass,treble etc I flashed walkman also with surround and clear bass but the max sound ws lower thn beats audio mod.can u pls give me tge link tht u use to download walkman mod

Why port htc crap into sony?
Walkman is 1 of the family members of Sony and in my way: walkman is way better.

Everything that comes to best or better depends on the taste of each person,for my taste Walkman with clearbass is much better than beats port.Also quality varies on the hardware you use(in this case your headset) to listen to music.

Ya I thnk tht is it I use sony headphone MDR XB21EX with extra bass I feel good in beats

I feel sound, bass, treble more in beats audio. . We are trying all mods to make our device better knw? So y cant v use other mods.

Here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1681250 , thanks to thillinac. If you have dsp manager uncheck the first part ( compression) and try to install this mod before u install beats ( because libraries conflict and won't work as expected if you mix a lot of things) , sound is fine , but of course maybe there is more volume in beats ( that's just some library modification) but I felt bass is better ( if u put equ in nice way) , you can also increase the volume easily with some small modding check the threads, don't forget to uncheck compression in dsp manager( if you've it, you should have it)

Walkman Vs Beats
Hey everyone, i was just over here searching for Walkman stuff for my Evo LTE.
From experience i can tell you that Walkman sounds way better than Beats.
I managed to get all sony jars and libs integrated into the htc and i absolutely love it. i never realized just why they made a big deal about "Beats " maybe its just the name. But all in all Sony is the way to go for sound imo

But I am getting more sound and clarity in beats mod and I am using gb I flashed walkman with lib files of xperia s ported for neo v but still sound and clarity didnt increased

I dont think there's a thread for it in neo v.. anyway, i tried porting it and found out there wasnt much change in looks.. just a lil brown color tinge. So it wasn't worth it.

Check Xperia P in same price range way better than Neo L or V
Go for the galaxy grand if you ask me.

I'm neo L users and yeah neo L and neo V are just the same , low specs and low cpu and ram !
So if you ask which one to go , i'd still suggest look for newer one , Xperia P ... is still around the price with dual core ...
Neo L is 4.0 inchi and Neo v is 3.8 inchi. Its make neo l be better than neo v if you playing game. But developer make many rom/mod for neo v than for neo l.
Be better if buy xperia arc :thumbup:

Frankly the build quality is same in both n even arc
And who cares about 0.2 inchi
You barely notice it!
And getting a 2011 phone now would be a blunder if you ask me!

Do u mean the sound quality or the overall loudness of the speaker?
For sound quality, try and uncheck the ClearPhase options in Settings -> Sound.
For the loudness reducing after 4-5 seconds, the solution is given by gagan on the Zellycream thread itself. You can disable SoundEnhancement.apk in apps and check if it helps. Go to Settings->apps->all->Sound Enhancements->disable

Use viper4 android its much better then Sony's sound enhancement bcs there are clearbass coloner just search for it and u will have great sound output
