Only leaked 4.0.4 Kernels with the MMC_ERASE_CAP enabled. No 4.0.3 kernel is affected.
If you have flashed a 4.0.4 leaked ROM, either flash Siyah Kernel to wipe, or flash a 4.0.3 ROM in ODIN (not Mobile ODIN).
P.S. This has been covered in so many threads, if you had searched for five seconds you would have found your answer. Get used to searching.

Baseband is your radio/modem. You can flash in recovery another. Just find that is best for you!

It remains the same(because many devs don't include it in main from) flashing a Odin rom changes it...

As you are using cm9, go to cm9 thread you will have the list of available modems, download it and flash via cwm

How do you have CM9 working without ICS bootloaders? Unless you flashed the resurrection edition?

but sir when i try to do that odin stucks on hidden.img and flash fails
What are you trying to flash? As far as I know you can't flash hidden.img with odin. You could use heimdal. And the difference between gt-i9100 and gt-i9100p is that the p version has a nfc chip.

You can but if you're Stuck... Thats cos of faulty Cable...
I think you'll lost your NFC Features if you flash i9100 FW
Peace
Hit Thanks & It will Disappear

the 'eMMc brick bug' exsists only with stock android v4.0.4 firmwares that to with their kernels ma8. Your safe with v4.0.3 though, hence u can flash v4.0.3 without any issue of 'eMMc brick bug' for sure

Flash a different stock rom

Hi all
I have I9100XXLPW firmware
kernel 3.0.15.I9100XWLPD-CL524746 ........
Android 4.0.3
Can I flash to I9100XXLQB or I9100XXLQ7 (Android 4.0.4)
(Stock roms from SamFirmware)
Thanks
yes, you can.
But it will not brick S2 right?
Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
after flashing the new firmware, then change the kernal to siyah or similiar where the brickbug has been disabled.
Do not attempt to wipe with the stock 4.0.4 kernal, it may have the brickbug enabled.
Thanks I' ll investigate that

Overclock on stock 4.2.2?

I HAVE A I9300 4.2.2 STOCK ROOTED AND CLOCKWORK WHAT KERNEL IS GOOD FOR OVERCLOCKING?AND SORRY FOR STUPID QUESTION....ODIN KERNEL FOR 4.2.2 STOCK PERFERED
I use the siyah kernal, which allows you to over clock and also dual boot roms, which makes it popular. I am not sure if it supports 4.2.2 roms you would need to check his forum page. I haven't had any problems with it, I am on stock 4.1.2. How this helps.
