Yes, it is. But it has the closer look as in Xperia S / ion launcher.
Looks nice and closely resembles thats on ION..Will try..
I made a Xperia S theme for NemusLauncher with the resources from the apk you posted.

I own neo and it's working great! don't know about neo v but it should work too.
*Flash using CWM. The easiest way.
*Alternatively, for precautions, extract the.zip file and replace the .apk file one by one using root explorer. Don't forget to change permission!

Nop, you will end up getting bootloop, i tried it and it happend to my Arc.
like the title said,SE Beta,so not for other cause i edit the framework,not thinking about other rom cause im only using ics beta,but it really easy to port it,just copy and paste all the file in the right folder,but you must have the right tool to decompile and rebuild it without error,there are many thread in xda for the tut,feel free to search cause it was really fun making it..

No,this is not a failure,(i can deodex all framework without problem),in deodex pack of my rom i keept the exact structure of the stock firmware because it is intended for who want apply mods based on stock firmware without problem....
Obviously my battle horse is the ODEXED version...

ultimate HD 3.0.2 is already odexed.(but only framework files odexed)

I try it on iced bean.after install zip file poweramp doesn't run any more and when I want to reinstall it says not enough memory but I have 7gb on my sd free and300mb on internal memory.what should I do?
