[HELP] Radio app only fails on SIII Jelly bean - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi forum!
I am developing an app for playing my friend's radio stream and it is working flawless on all phones but Galaxy S3 Jelly bean! I don't have any for checking it with adb, so I was guessing if someone would like to help me.
The app is free, no ads and I am not being payed for doing it, so I think it is not spam sharing it here.

People say that they always get the -110 error, wich means time out. Could anyone try it and tell me if it always happens? A logcat would be great too.
Thank you very much everyone!

[Q] Applanet error

Hey Guys!
I just want to know if applanet its off, because im trying to connect since a few days, and it does not works, I also have flashed new rooms and get it back to stock and nothing helped me.
Thx, Att FernKomoYo
I am pretty sure we don't talk about Applanet here. It is a no no!
I know we do not talk about it, but im pretty sure we do talk about samsung vibrant, and i am trying to find if it is an error on mines, im not promoting the app or doing anything with it, just finding answers to have a better SAMSUNG GALAXY VIBRANT.
the reason there saying is we dont talk about it here is because xda is full of devleopers and app planet steals from developers so thats why no one will help u. Just being brutally honest!
well thx, better answer, sorry for the post guys.
I hope the malware was worth that $1 app you stole from some hardworking developer.....

2.3.5 not impressive need feedback?

Hi all,
I upgraded to 2.3.5 stock ROM from 2.3.4 stock one. I don't find the menu navigation to be smooth, I also feel that the sound quality has gone down not at par with 2.3.4 sound quality. Can other users give their feed backs, it might just be my illusion? Can somebody also guide me to get the default nexus S music player installed on my S2. I feel the native android music player always has neat output, I just want to compare it with Galaxy S2. Getting very naggy, anyways I would seek for one more help I recently got to know that my Galaxy S2 doesn't support adhoc wifi connection, doesn't even detect it. I got to know when I installed wifi manager it detects the network but fails to connect saying android doesn't support adhoc wifi network. Plz help I am able to do this with my Ipod touch, its let down I was very proud abt my device.
I am waiting for my folks feed backs to downgrade from 2.3.5 to 2.3.4. Plz reply to my queries

From when Samsung droids users have turned so inactive. folks O am asking for a help. Is nobody willing to reply
Hey man, I have been using 2.3.5 for about a day now. For me it's been pretty good. I'm using the stock kernel and all. Battery life has been decent overall, and colors seem to looker nicer. I like the update so far, granted its only been a day. The only tweek I did was use the Epic 4G Touch Twlauncher apk so I can easily change the default home screen. I do get quadrant scores of average about 3500. I'll update this with more feedback when I spend some more time with it.

I guess everyone is busy replying to the large amount of threads full of questions to which the answer is right under askers nose. Just wait a few days or weeks, the answer to your question will come to you eventually.

any chances that s2 get 4.2.1

Hi
I know 4.1.2 isnt out for a long ..some countries still not got it but i was wondering ..could we get 4.2.1 just want to know what your guys think iam just curious.
technical it is possible the device can handle jelly bean pretty good plus there a a lot of s2 out there and the s2 plus cant be cut of from the updates so soon maybe they bring the updates to the internationale device too...just my thoughts )
Nobody knows for sure but Samsung, so asking here won't give you a clear answer. But the chance we will ever receive official 4.2.x is very small.

[Q] [PROBLEM] Downgrade android

Hello everyone!
So i just registered cuz im seeing alot of activity over here, cuz i could really use some help.
So recently i bought a tablet, it was a **** tablet that i just need for home, to watch movies on, it server its purpose.
The problem is that jellybean doesnt really fit to my standards, i used to have gingerbread (2.3.6) on my old phone, and im really used to it.
Besides, i find jellybean alot more laggier, but then again it might just be the device itself. I constantly keep getting errors and lags, i can cope with that but ALL my apps crash all the time, its just annoying. So i've been browsing the good ol' google on how to downgrade it for 4.2 to 2.3 and all i get is samsung ****, samsung this, samsung that, i dont wanna use samsung updates, might aswell brick my tablet eh? I dont think so.
So here i am, begging for your help PLEASE help me downgrade this cuz im really close to throwing this thing against the wall :/
I just want a clean downgrade to gingerbread nothing else, i dont care about rooting, maybe in the future, if i cant root it its ok, if i can even better.
Just please help me downgrade this thing >.>
The device is of Italian blood, its called BeeX S1, its really an unknown maker, so yeah.
Anyways, thanks in advance guys ;D
P.S. if you could put a reply on the thread, becouse i think i turned off PMs, and just for the sake of simplicity
Sorry man.. Looks like your tablet came preloaded with Android 4.2 and was actually released in the market with jellybean.. So unfortunately u won't find any gingerbread for this.. Even if some people may be able to port it, no one will becoz no 1 generally downgrades their device.. So hard luck for u.. In short u can't have gingerbread for your tablet unless u get extremely lucky..

Insignia Flex 10.1 NS-P10A7100 - Custom ROM wanted

Hello friends,
I would like to get recommendations about which ROM I should use.
As of this moment, Insignias community forums are down. There is no contact information.
There is also no support. IMHO this tablet had so much potential but the stock rom is atrocious. Always crashing and slowing to a crawl. I HAVE to install a custom rom if I ever hope to use it for anything more than a paperweight.
HELP!?
I can apparently install updates from the SD card. Ay help walking me through that would be greatly appreciated,
Yeah... I'm getting tired of this problems itself...
Hi guys!!! I'm really not happy with this tablet but... We already knew it's not itself fault because it's really great product... I just wanted it to be lightweight ROM like has what A500 Acer has lots of ROMs that should happen to this tablet but we must root this tablet first!!! Anyone help us??? Please help us???
Thanks!!!
