I have original ROM 2.3.6 from Samsung. Is it possible to make my phone "better and faster" by using custom ROM? If yes, which custom ROM is the best for S5830i?

No rom is best...it depends on user..!!
And comparing roms and making 'the best' rom/kernel tread is against xda rules..!

I am using RR JB rom and some times during email writting or even entering settings window I have a lag.
Which Kernel would be the best one for me to use? Right now using Dream Kernel.

Try siyah 3.5.2 or dorimanx (latest, I forgot the version), and see how that's going for you.
Latest Siyah is 4.0.1.
And questions like "what's the best" are not allowed here.

Checkout the kernals for urself. There is no best kernel. All is according to personal preference. Check out each kernals descriptions and see for itself which u need.. :thumbup:

Since I've got lots of problems of internal memory, now become unsolvable, I wish to install a custom rom. I'm from the stock rom and I've installed just one rom, the cm10.1 on a normal Ace.
Can u pleaze tell me the best ics/jb-like rom, stable and performing?
I found rom such as the Ace-i-sure, the jb experience the SgS3 v7 the RazoDroid from androidiani.com and the jellybread.
What do you suggest?

1. There's no best rom in Xda.
2. We don't have Ics/Jb roms. Only Gb and Cm7.

There's no such thing as best rom. You will have to browse through the dev area to find something that you'll like. Most of the relevant info should be present in the first couple of posts, like screenshots and base stock rom used.

No, there is NOT the best ROM. Some may like highly themed ROMs, and some may like Lite ROMs. Some may like blue and some people do like red. There is nothing best!

Asking something like best rom is against xda rules.
Head over to Ace 5830i development section. Compare features and looks of some roms and see which rom you are comfortable with.

Every Rom is Good. Especially CM11 for the HTC One. Try flashing it on your ace. It will turn it into a HTC One,
