Were can i find the new RUU with ICS for EVO 3D? will i loose the root if i install the RUU? i need to loose it! thanks.
You will lose root, you might be able to download the RUU on the HTC website - if not I don't know where else.
Also, this is in the wrong section. Please post in the right section next time and try the search tool first - it's there for a reason
If you need to go back to the original rom just folow this tutorial and then just search for updates in the original rom and it will find for u the new stock ics

Yes same deal pretty much but you must choose the right recovery or you'll soft brick. At&t is different from international HOX+ so you have to get the right recovery to flash SU zip and be able to boot up

What Rom did you flash?
This is what happens when you flash a Rom from another device.
Just download a Rom, preferably stock, and flash again.
Fortunately you are not bricked. Not even soft bricked.
Go into recovery and restore the back up you should have made before flashing.
