Since installing the viper XL+ 2.0.0 (AT&T) (coming from stock), I am experiencing bluetooth issues. Every few minutes the bluetooth is dis-connected for 1-2 seconds and reconnect again. It occurs with several blutooth devices, so it doesn't seem as the bluetooth devices.
In the stock rom I haven't experience this issue.
Help is appreciated.

I don't think he can ask in the viper kernel as he doesn't have enough posts to post there yet.
In regards to Bluetooth try reinstalling kernel see if that helps.

Hi - I am brand new here and have spent a couple of days working out a couple of problems I have had with Thunderbolt ROM V2 Jelly Bean. The first problem I had was no sound coming from the Samsung S2 dock, I read around tried a few different solutions but nothing worked. I did happen to find an excellent Playstore App called 'Dock Sound Redirector' and this did the job for me.
However, after leaving for some shopping today I have found a major problem with the ROM which is that I cannot receive a data signal for most of my apps, except strangely - Facebook. I get connection errors on my news apps, flipboard fails, twitter fails etc. So this is a major problem and defeats the purpose of having a smart phone.
I have an international Galaxy S2.
So - so far I have flashed the radio with at least 3 different zips and nothing has worked. I downloaded a network switch tool that allowed me to better access the protocols such as CDMA, GSM and so on. No effect.
Has anyone had the same issue and has any ideas about solving this one?
On install I just took the default kernel (although I have no idea what that means) which was the dream kernel.

So over the last few months I've been having an issue with my wifi. Whenever I try to turn it on it says "wifi turning on" but never fully turns on. It remains stuck in this state even with a factory/data reset and on different ROMs. I've tried fixing with an RUU but it still occurs. Sometimes the wifi will turn on at random but if it is turned off it will not come back on. I've looked through the forums and seen some similar issues but haven't seen a solution or a cause. If anyone has any information on this issue that would be great.
My second question is on the wifi hotspot on different roms. I'm currently running infection (which is great btw) but cannot seem to get the built in hotspot to work. It will usually turn on the first time I start the run but after a restart it will not come back on, it will also just say turning on but never become available for connection. I've also given various tether apps a try but with no luck.
I am rooted, S-off, and on the 4.03.605.2 RUU currently

I really don't know how to help the OP, being S-OFF all the things I can mention would be handled in the RUU process.
dbrown081584 you didn't really give any information on your circumstance or specific issues, what ROM, S-ON/OFF state, firmware, etc. are you running?

Wireless tether rezound
I shared my WiFi Tether app settings in that thread. I have since unchecked the box for Send Netd Max Client Cmd because it was causing problems.

I suspect the problem of disconnection wifi to have found. The connection is interrupted every time two or more access to wifi same time. For example, in the background audio stream with TuneIn and then use the browser for internet. Or Browser and receive message in Whatsapp, etc...
What about the FM Radio? Since CM10 I have heard nothing more about the FM Radio. Work is being done? or it has been completely removed forever.

FM is WIP, it requires a fix in kernel and work is going on
i'am using lx for quite some time and i had no problem with wifi, what build you're stuck on
I use the last JB 4.2.2 CM10.1 Legacy Xperia NIGHTLY - cm_urushi-LX-20130822-NIGHTLY.zip
I recently gave my S4 over to my boss and put the latest M build from CM on it, no custom kernel or anything. He keeps reporting that his Bluetooth will connect fine to his car and then after a minute or so into the call the Bluetooth connection will drop. Any help would be appreciated!

Ive seen this posted several times here recently and am curious myself as to whether it resolves bluetooth issues.
Install the KT kernel. In his ktweaker app there is a setting under extras that is Bluetooth Profile Mhz, set it to 486, that seems to be the magic number, go higher if it doesn't resolve. See if that works.

To the point: when I'm staying in one place and not moving, GPS fixing in few seconds. But few minutes later (1-2) or when I move few meters, HOX+ losing connection with sateliltes and not want connect once again.
I was installed GPS Test and is seeing some satellites, but not want to fix or connect is losing in few minutes.
I was installed: GPS Test, GPS Fix, Faster Fix and nothing. I was installed Venom ViperX+, Revolution HD and still the same. I tried this trick ( YouTube v=NfH48nbCFE4 ) with GPS antenna but isn't better...
My HOX+:
Rom: Venom ViperX+ 2.0.3 (on 2.01 and 2.0.2 was the same problem)
Android 4.2.2, Kernel 3.1.10-g7f360be, Hboot 1.72, Radio 3.1204.171.33

I dunno but try changing kernel, i use elite kernel... i had the same rom but changed it due to lag d)
Which apps that you use have problem with GPS connection?
I remember I used a speedometer tool on my HOX+. After turning on, I waited few minutes for gps signal. It stayed on "waiting for gps fix". But when I opened Endomondo, this fix came immediately.
Maybe it really depends on the app that uses GPS.

I have problem on any app - Google Maps, Google Navigation, Sygic, GPS Test, GPS Fix, Real Time GPS Tracker and few others.
Now I'm making backup's and I will try change kernel...
EDIT:
I flashed Elite Kernel and still the same
Tommorow I will try to install another ROM, but I slowly losing hope...
It's possible that some app "blocking" or something wrong doing with connection?

OK. I installed Revolution HD and was the same. Flash kernel to Elite and still nothing better.
I returned to ViperX+ with "standard" kernel, I opened phone and "improved" GPS antenna and.... is better! More satellites, faster fix, better signal, but still sometimes losing connection for few seconds (and connecting again which earlier was impossible)...
