So what's new?
Bug fixes
We've made the first move to using this new design in recent builds of ChameleonOS in the Settings application.
It can be a pain navigating back and forth between setting screens, especially when some settings can be buried two or three screens deep. Using the navigation drawer you can easily slide it into view and navigate to other settings quickly and easily. If you haven't had a chance to check it out do so now and let us know what you think
I will get more of the changelog posted later on.
Since the first released of the unofficial ChameleonOs for jewel where made alot of changes on device from CM so u might want to check

- Sense 5 clock skin for UUCW by D Said Design and weather icons by alper.s
- Sense 2/3 Clock with Working Flip Animation by droid27
- Ringtones, Alarms and Sounds from various Sense versions and HTC Hub
- Integrated Gapps 3/1/13
- Funky Kernel(AOSP) by Snuzzo
- Root Access / Developer Options / USB debugging turned on automatically upon ROM flash
- Tweaks: Gtalk copy and paste, long SMS combining (thanks Neo)
- Built with Linaro 13.04 compiler toolchain and GCC 4.7
Note: This ROM is based on AOKP, not official HTC Sense, so MHL and visual voice mail are not included.
SLIM version:
-- It does have integrated, uninverted gapps (Including latest Google Now update)(This is for your sanity and mine, easier to troubleshoot if both versions are on level playing field)
-- Sense 5 system theme and Sense 5 clock for UUCW are only theming elements
-- Only a couple of alarms, ringtones and notification sounds present (defaults plus a couple others for good measure)
-- No support for live wallpapers or AOKP wallpapers
-- All keyboard languages are still present, plus the trace-to-type feature
My PayPal address is [email protected]. if you would like to make a small donation to help me with the time I put into development. They are not expected, but very much appreciated.

Instructions:
Boot to Custom Recovery
Factory Reset * 2
Wipe Dalvik-Cache * 2
Wipe Boot
Wipe System
Flash ROM
S-On Only:
In custom recovery, go to Developer Options and reboot to bootloader
On your PC, do the command: fastboot flash boot boot.img (where boot.img is the file you got after expanding ROM zip on your PC)
Tips and Tricks:
From red3razor:
- upon boot, does stay awhile at beats logo, don't worry guys, will boot, patience.
- SLIM is so slim, doesn't have a launcher, I HAVE A WORKAROUND; pull down notification bar, click settings toggle, then ROM control>lock screen>then assign "Play Store" as one of your lock screeen targets. Lock your phone, then launch Play Store. Then install Apex Launcher. Open launcher. Ta da!

LOL. I may do a sense 3.6 based ROM soon, but it won't be sense 5 themed because I don't have the time or skills. As Neo could tell you from doing his AOSP themed NeoMax ROM, it's a lot harder to completely theme sense ROM because its not open like T-Mobile theme manager used by cyanogenmod or an apex theme.

Only bug I have found so far is apparently sliding messaging app FCs on startup. Please just uninstall it. Thanks
Try out the Sidebar Lite app... I also like Floating Stickies and Google Keep

not all items may be present on every ROM. You will have no adverse effects from this. Just hit ok and continue on.
I'll update this post as issues/fixes arise.

Nice
Excuse the N00b question, but do you lose anything running chameleon?
10/26 build is up
11/5 build is up
installed yesterday...not bad...I am getting a lot of "android process" stopped messages...driving me crazy
No obvious gapps in goo.im
Installed rom and it looks good but when I use the link for gapps the page is not found. and Goo.im shows gapps from carbon and others. Which if any should or can be used.

Good job here!! No complaints!! Sound works, camera works, no issues!! Very surprised you got it right on your initial release. Not as many settings and tweaks as some of the others, but you have built a solid foundation. Adding those tweaks will be icing on the cake!!
Great job dev!!
We really like dictating what features we add based on user wants. We do not want to bloat a ROM with 10000 features that no one uses.

I really want to try this ROM out actually.
Seems simple, efficient and beautiful.
Its a fairly new rom too right?
I would like to get behind it just for that reason, because it seems so promising.
One of those would be to drop active display and keep lock screen notifications. I'm still searching for my go to aosp rom on the M8 ?

We are about 6 months old. We really picked up steam in the last two. I believe you can do lockscreen notifications without active display. I'm currently testing a sense Rom so I'm not able to check yet.

Using it on VZW (for about half an hour or so) phone works (though the volume seems low - probably have the sound turned down) text works - will keep at it
EDIT: have the same loss of wifi password on reboot issue as on cm (thought I thought that was fixed in a nightly)
I'll look at it
