Guys,
I was using Canvas HD with root without any issues. I thought i'll make some changes and installed the Mega HD rom.
Everything looks great, and better than the stock rom. But I'm not able to get root access anymore. I tried installing the superuser files through CWM again. But no use. Can someone help me out with getting root access on Mega HD rom?? I use titanium backup to backup my apps and without it i cannot restore any of my apps.

I had already installed jellyxperia rom in canvas a116.but an update is available as v2.2 with gapps removed.Should i remove the gapps or not?

Anyway, I just found a work around. I installed a different su app and that works somehow. No idea how.

Thanks to give me quick reply.
But I tried to install it. After that my phone was started to give me error " format SD card" in notification. Then I given my phone to service center to rectify it.
Now I have one more issue while installing my stock ROM using TWRP backup that I have, I did selection of check box on system and boot only.After that I removed my root access. Now my phone not able to connect with my WiFi network. And also I am not able to root it with my same process that I did earlier four five times.so I can reinstall my stock backup and rectify my WiFi problem. Any suggestions for this. Plz reply me as soon as possible because I am thinking to give it again to service center and they will charge me.

First of all Install CWMR using SPflash Tools Use the attachted scatter file.
Then flash UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.34.zip for root

I own a Micromax Ninja A89 .... It runs Android ICS (4.0.4)....The device is rooted...I use original stock rom..I uninstalled google play by mistake..i tried to install is again but it was not working, so i installed wrong gapps package using ROOT EXPLORER...then i did a system restore...now my phone is stuck at Android Setup...the error screen comes repeatedly that gapps process stopped working :crying: I am unable to access my phone now. I dont have any backup of stock rom What should i do now? ....:crying::crying::crying:....please help me as soon as possible...I will be thankful to you..

Bro its easy to root don't afraid to root just Google a app called "framaroot"
Install it and open => then select super su and hit bonjor and there you go you rooted your phone (your phone will reboot ) hope i helped you

Hmm alright bro, thanks. But i don't wanna loose warrenty. :l But is it possible to unroot from that app again? Or gotta do it manually?
EDIT : I just tried it mate. And i changed to a font, using iFont. But now i need original Canvas HD font back. Even i unrooted device, but with iFont it's not changing font. Can you help me with this? I need to get original font again. :/ Thank you.

Original canvas hd fonts are roboto you can flash that. Visit this thread of mine you will find font_rescue.zip just flash it via recovery.

Bro you get your warranty back afer unroot and to get default fonts you can download fonts of hd by Google and another easier method is use i font>scroll to local> and there you will find default fonts already backed up for you just click it and you will get the original fonts back

Thank you for this bro. I figured out to get original font. And thanks for the info about unroot. Just now i am planning for Canvas 4 port. But i have actually no idea how to do all that. I am new to Android, i used to flash phones like Wave series in samsung. But this is kinda hard. Can you PM me all the things, how to get CWM recovery, root folder in sd card, and everything else to make that ROM work. I will really appreciate that. Thank you.

I did the same thing like you. Now I want to revert to original stock rom! But how? SP tool is not detecting my device. I installed both micromax and mobistel drivers on my win 7 32-bit pc. Please help me out here.
