Hello Everyone, i am a noob and i had a problem while unlocking my bootloader but somehow i did it.
So today here i am making a simple tutorial on how to unlock your bootloader on Sony Devices
1. You need to check this video and also download the files given in the description or download directly from here

2. Now the problem comes when u connect your phone to the fast boot mode but it doesn't install the drivers you will see this message (Waiting for the device) . so overcome this problem follow this steps.
Install the driver using the latest flashtool from here HERE
Step 1: Download and install Flashtool
Step 2: Use Flashtool to install driver. You have to navigate to this folder and install driver using Flashtool (see pics below)

Step 2: Update the driver and select the driver manually (see pictures below)
Click on Browse my computer for driver software
then click on "let me choose from a list of device driver on my computer"
Select SONY SA0107 (Picture below shows that driver is installed)
Now you can use fastboot!
Now if you follow steps mentioned in the video and after unlocking the bootloader you will see an image like this

Hi! Guys
Now i'm using Sony Xperia S (LT26i),, Today my phone tell me have the new firmware for update,
Then i connected my phone with Sony PC Contention.
I click update firmware, then the program had download it, and installed to my phone.
while install firmware had some accident my computer had shut it down.
Then i turn on my computer and connect my phone.
Sony PC Contention said Connect to Sony Mobile, but didn't tell what the model.
My phone show green LED and the screen show some icon like my phone don't has firmware..
how should i do next ...

have u tried using seus? or download a ftf of your region then flash via flashtool

Happen to me last weak too.
What i do is open up my pc. Then open seus. Chose ur model and it would continue from before.

after that...install it on your pc!
then download this http://www.multiupload.nl/X9EW2A84SH
run the program(flashtool)
turn of your phone and leave that way at least 10 seconds.
drag & drop the file that you downloaded from the second link into the program`s window
clink ok at the window that appears
when asked to plug in your device keep the volume down and plug your phone into the usb.
after 10 seconds you can release the volume down button
wait for the process to finish!
reboot your device and that`s all
it should work

Hi.I tried to get rooot on my new MMX A87,but unsuccesful.I did not face any problem during rooting of my LG OPTIMUS,HTC WILDFIRE S,EXPLORER and GALAXY ACE.But this time i really f****.
I followed the instructions given in different threads related to A87. What i have done....
1.Install android sdk.
2.Install jdk
3.Dwn google usb driver and platform tools.
4.Manually put adb_usb.ini file in \.android folder.
5.install a87 driver using device manager.
Problem :-
1.device manager detect device as "USB Composite Devices"
2.In fastboot mode "Android ADB Interface" driver is installed ,but does not active in normal mode with usb debuging on.
3."Android Diagnostics Interface" driver is installed but remains inactive when device is connected with pc.
4.All other drivers are working properly.
5.Adb devices command shows result as empty list.
6.I tried to install PDANet, it can push its mobile client into A87.
that it means adb works for it.
7.Unlook root,latest version ,try to install its own driver but unsuccesful.Nothing do.
8.I am surprised when i checked device id in fastboot and normal mode with usb debug mode on,different id.
Pl. Help me. I can provide extra info ,if needed.just pm me.

2) Turn ON the USB debugging Mode in your Phone.
3) Connect The Android Phone with original data table.
4) Run the "Kingo Root" Software.
5) After "Kingo Root" software detected your Device.
6) Just SIMPLE CLICK ON THE ROOT BUTTON.
7) Your Device will restart Automatically, Dont Unplug your device.
8) AND WAIT FOR "1 HOUR" OR LESS THAN THAT.
9) After the Kingo Root will show successfully rooted.
10) "Superuser" app will be installed automatically in your device.
11) Now go to your play store and Download "Root Checker".
12) After downloding, check wheather your phone is Successfully Rooted OR NOT.:good:

When to use:
When you want to go back to stock
When your phone is in a miserable software state that it can't even boot to recovery.
Warnings:
DO NOT USE THIS ON THE OnePlus One
THIS WILL ERASE ALL EXISTING DATA ON YOUR PHONE, EVEN THE eMMC
Instructions:
Connect your phone to the computer, making sure all the drivers are installed.
Enter fastboot by pressing the Volume Up + Power Button
Unzip the unlock.zip package to a folder and then run FastBootXXXXOS.bat
Your system should be able to bypass any bootloops/problems and enter the OS, during this time it is recommended to backup all your important data and prepare for the next few steps.
Re-enter fastboot mode, we will now begin to reflash the system flash memory, which will erase everything.
Connect your phone to the PC if not already connected, then go to Device Manager and check whether or not a device named QHSUSB_BULK APPEARS like below:

It should say that it doesn't have any drivers installed. So inside the archive there should be a inf driver file, to install it right click on the device > Update Driver Software > Browse My Computer for driver software > click on inf file.
The driver should be installed now.
Using the QCom Download tool you should now be able to see the device appear in one of the slots. Just press start and it should start flashing! And when it finishes it should be good as new!

I today was trying to install TWRP but accidentally installed it on boot. Now my phone won't turn on.
I downloaded stock firmware and FlashTool and followed instructions on how to install drivers from here: watch?v=7pBQLVmab1M
When I launch FlashTool I get message:

There are drivers folder and I tried to installing Nicky and FlashBoot drivers but get error message

Fixed my problem via installing Windows 7 on my PC.
After that could flash stock ROM via FlashTool.

Hi, sorry to bother you, I have a Bricked M4 Aqua, red light, Battery Image on pressing power button, what else other than installing Windows 7 did you do? since, I am formating my pc to install Win 7 and try to fix the phone, as I am not able to WIN 10 detect the phone.
