Your best bet is to research the ROM threads and try them yourself

I've been looking for over a month at the Android Development Section and it's pretty clear for me with the issues regarding 4.2.x (bluetooth,camera...).
But I've seen 4.1.x ROMS with less or no bugs and the question is - what's the best rom you recommend for a novice like me?
NOW: Xperia Ray Phone / ICS (4.1.B.0.587) / Locked Bootloader. I'm planning on rooting this phone with One Click Root

i just want to know if anybody is working on integrating OpenPDroid with any of the JB roms for Xperia X10, i saw it in one of the Feralabs GB rom, but not anywhere else, its a damn good feature to have in a JB rom.
So please i am requesting to all great developers to integrate OpendPDroid in their future versions of JB Roms.
especially in AOSP 4.2.2 from Tof37 and in ,

I've used this ROM [CM11.0] LegacyXperia here

And , now I want to know the best ROM for my Xperia Neo V
because every ROM have a size
for example : The Carbon ROM smaller than [CM11.0] LegacyXperia
So , I want your suggestions for my device

Thare is no such thing as a best rom because everyone expects different things from a rom depeneding on their needs. The best thing to do is keep trying roms until you find the one that works best for you.
