Android L is not yet fully released. Not for Nexus even.
There is just Developer Preview released which is very unstable.
Real Android L will come out near September/October.
Then you can port it.
1. To port a ROM, there should be a base with SAME Android version. So porting is not possible.
2. You CANNOT use CM11 as base.
CM11 is Kitkat 4.4.x Android L is different version.

Thanks man one last question I waited with root till I find an xposed is root necessary for xposed and must I flash it through the recovery or just install it like a app?
1. Root is needed
2. Xposed is an app,and installs simply as any other app

I have zypherOS android 7 flashed in my mobile but it is missing double tap to sleep/lock feature. As fas as I know this is kernels feature so can anyone please help me with the compatible kernel with my ROM and having double tap to sleep feature.

Wait For Kernel which is for android 7 and should have dt2w..You cant use android 6's kernel in android 7 roms
