Introduce for flash ROM
--- Flash ROM via PC
- Change battery full, backup your device, remove miniSD card from device.
- Connect your device with PC via mini USB port.
- Go to Bootloader : Press both soft key (two "-" keys) and softreset (stylus) => You can skip this step
- Run file flash ROM via PC
- When appear Device Software Update Utility, choose "OS Only"
- Click next, wait ~ 15 min.
- It'll auto HardReset.
--- Flash ROM via miniSD
- Change battery full, backup your device.
- Format miniSD card to FAT or FAT32
- Extract ROM to the root folder of miniSD (name must be : diskimg.nb0, size : 64,000 KB)
- Go to bootloader : Press both soft key (two "-" keys) and softreset (stylus), i'll apear HP bootloader sceen.
- Wait 15 -> 20 mins.
- I'll auto hardreset.

Dear NHOCBANME, i would like to ask you for HP 6828 downgrade back to WM5, i had sucessful convert my phone to WM6(Ver 1.0.5a (for 68x8)), but i had try few time to downgrade back to WM5 vis using SD card matter,it sucess to install it, when come to hard reset, it will just hang there, nothing happen. And also RUU.exe matter, the pc keep prompting me saying that image file corrupted. Would you please tell me how am i going to downgrade my HP 6828 to WM5, please help, thank you.

hey can this rom be used on the first gen atom? (the first one) im kinda confused on this numbering.. HP6815 = atom ?
is atom = atom pure = HP6815 ??

what is title & softkey style bar? if I want the shinny bar do I install or not install.
so far I've tried every release you provided for the 6828 and they all work great.

Tried this version to see if it fixes the problem I had (19400 build) with AD2P (could listen to music but when I received a call headset stopped responding, mic did not respond at all) , anyway with this version it does not seem to be responding at all, device is being recognised as hands free and as stereo headset, but as soon as it tries to stream music , phone hangs. Anybody tried it ? have a motorola S705. No other problems found.....

Replace welcomehead.96.png in \Windows on your PPC with boot screen you want.
Bellow i attach original bootscreen of WM6.1, you can use it

well, i tried both your new roms via mini SD card method, but both keeps resetting itself again and again, im sure that its not my mini SD's problem because i use the same mini SD card for rom upgrade,for now i have to use kumara rom at the moment(just to keep the phone working)--->but to flash kumara rom i still use the same mini SD card and the rom is fully working...
i even tried to download your PC flash method .exe file and extract the rom and cut it with winhex, and put into my mini SD, but still the same problem, keeps reset itself...
do you know what the problem is? i have BL 1.05 so i cannot use flash via pc method, so the only way for me is to use mini SD card method, thanks! i really love your roms! i really want to try your new roms,again, thanks for your great contribution to the isolated 6828 family!

This problem meet with HP iPAQ rw6828 made for China.
I don't the know reason why It's not work with them.

Amazing ROM!Tested on my HP rw6815 phone and everything working fine!
But it would be nice if the MW mobile 6.1 symbols are original,so it can be a full clean version!
NHOCBANME it would be very nice if you could change original wm 6.1 symbols in taskbar and symbols i programs and settings!

Yea,it wud b nice if the icons are all e default windows icons. it wud b better. the aim is to make a clean version after all rite?=)
