For now I'm only developing applications, but my next project will be Froyo and Ginger.
Looks good, but I´m not an Eclair-Fan.
But if you´ll develop a Gingerbread ROM, I´d definitely download it and try it out!

You can use widgetlocker with special theme.
Hmm... I think you have to simply edit the sliding tab lockscreen in the framework-res.apk, but i think its pretty hard to make the dock of the locker, the slider position, etc. for the locker but if you fixed WiFi, cam, and audio in troufinou's ICS, i think you can easily do it. Btw good luck for the Sense rom!

Oh, and lockscreen wallpaper can be changed under cyanogen menu.,. Is that hard for you? Then, ps really dont say things... :/

A background egy rossz fogalom volt a részemről, ami a gyenge angoltudásomnak köszönhető, de én a background alatt a slider backgroundjára, vagyis pontosabban arra dockra gondoltam amiben a két fül van. Ebből keletkezett a félreértés, mert te azt hihetted hogy én egy lowláma vagyok aki nem tudja hogy kell háttérképet váltani. Amúgy kérlek most hogy kijavítottam te is írd át a commentedet.

For those who are wondering what launcher I'm using, I use Apex Launcher, based on the default ICS launcher. Give it a try because it is fast, smooth, free and customizable unlike stock Xperia which is slow after killing, beside the fact it has GPU acceleration it is not smooth.
To install (you need to have root):
Push the .apk files into system/app folder with rw-r-r permissions.
Or flash the zip file using CWM.

tried it. I like it but its abit to early to use. It's laggy and i dont like all apps in homescreen and i cant make maps to organize them

Present my new mod for MiniCM7-2.2.1
Its siminlar to my NBR-mod for FireDroid, but have some chenges (graphical and adapted to MiniCM).
What change:
-interface (open Theme Chooser and select System theme);
-add Xperia S Home Launcher;
-working headset (delete the stock music player and install other because it has conflict with radio and answer call);
-working proximity sensor;
-working LED notification;
-working autobrightness.
