CM11 Apps all wiped and error "System UIDs Inconsistent"? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello.
Can anyone help me?
Something happened and my phone rebooted. When getting back I get this error message
"System UIDs Inconsistent"
All my Apps have disappeared and are no longer installed.
I had to sign back into google and they didn't re-appear.
Plus Google Play has disappeared so can't even get the Apps back.
I have tried Fix Permissions in TWRP but no joy!
Any advice on how I can fix my phone would be greatly appreciated.

[Q] CMclient

I am getting messages popping up that say "Unfortunately, CMClient has stopped". Based on sparce search results on this problem, I tried clearing data for CMClient and then rebooting but the messages have not stopped appearing.
Does anyone know what CMClient is and/or what's causing this pop up?
I'm on the latest stock build, locked and rooted.

I had this same error the other day.it happens because play store thinks your account sharing. instead of using phone to download something go to play store and send it to your phone after you do that once you will be able to install apps with your phone again. The some big long ways to fox this but you will have to search google for them if the simplest way doesnt work,
Error 491
I tried the short way to fix the error by trying to download from Google play store on my computer. No luck. gives me the same error. message. My phone is rooted but still can't do much with it. This is really frustrating. can someone please help.

Hey to all of you still having problems with this error. After playing around with it I discovered I had to go into Google settings and turn on location access, and I also turned on "allow remote lock and factory reset" in the device manager tab. That seemed to do the trick. Hope this helps.

Android Pay

Has anyone gotten this to work on this device? Is it even possible to do this? I downloaded the apk to see if it would work. Got the error message "android pay is not available" so I unrooted thinking that was it. Unrooted, cleared the cache on the app and still not working. Just keep getting that same error message. Anyone?

Google Play Services Not Updating; insufficient storage; other apps update.

Rooted my Lg L70 Ms323 with Kingroot. Everything seemed fine (aside from being unable to find a recovery to flash.) I woke up this morning and I kept getting:
"Com.google.gapps.processes has stopped working"
It would consistently pop up. I cleares data and cache of play and services. Then I uninstalled updates and disabled in hopes resetting it and re-updating would help. The error stopped but services wont update. I keep getting insufficient storage when I try to install any apps or update services. Whats confusing is that while trying to fix this all my other apps are auto-updating with no storage issue.

Tried to update "google play services" via ADB sideload but get error " E-footer is wrong" and E-signature verification failed"
