I would like to ask the more experienced developers of android custom ROMs - "what do you advise to read on this subject?" I'm a student, I study as the programmer, so that the experience is there, but all the articles describe work with the kitchen. I would like to read something more serious, very interested in this topic (the device on Android, but as such this brand no online, as in this forum, respectively firmware this custom not), would like to try.
I would be very grateful for the links. Please, do not send me in Google. He wouldn't help me.

just read the documentation on the website from where you are downloading sources .. eg. source.android.com
Okay, im brand new to developing android. i want to learn the basics first and and learn how to develop for android. my overall goal is to help root new android devices and develop custom roms and help develop apps. and to be able to ethical hack with the android. could someone please help me and point me in the right direction at least a start. i mean im brand new no programming language what so ever. please help thank you.

As say in the title i research people to help me to build rom and kernel, actually i know how to build and other stuff about kernel and rom, but i don't have computer to compile and i don't buy this or rent vps because i am à minor... ?
That's why I ask you for help to lend me your vps or other stuff.

It's difficult to lend your stuff when you don't know the guy, i totally understand but if you know someone who would be able to make this tell me ! ?

Hey guys i dont know if this could be the good thread section to post, and if anyone know how could i share ideas for rom developement tell me .
I have a concept on new os for android that i call "ephone"
Is a os based on simple tasks. Like Call,Sms,Gps,Music,social posts without accessing directly to socials,Camera,Browser.
For more detail i have to know if someone is interested on developing a rom for some devices.
I posted in the thread section but I also am a newb and want some information on android os in general. What are the rooting methods what actually works what information can you guys help me with learning so I can start building my own firmware. I please point me in the proper direction to learn everything about rooting and custom firmware building / deploying. Thanks
