Windows 11 complains after reboot "Why did my PC restart?". - Windows 11

Hello everyone!
I'm installing the Windows 11 (10.0.22000.51) in a (unsupported) MacBook Pro Late 2013 using BootCamp from Apple.
I'm following the XDA article bellow:
- "How to install Windows 11 on almost any unsupported PC"
https://www.xda-developers.com/install-windows-11-unsupported-pc/
I've tried to install a Windows 10 and then changed to Dev Channel using script and it didn't work well, the best options to me is:
- Burn Windows 11 to a USB ; and
- Create a hybrid installer .
In both cases, after the installation process finished and when the first reboot was finishing, I've got the message:
- Why did my PC restart?

In this screen, I can access the prompt using SHIFT+F10 and then be able to run "explorer", but with limited access to the system. In this same screen, there is a "Next" button, but if I click on it, the PC restart and come back to the same screen. I cannot install the Wifi driver to be able to access internet.
I'm using a MacBook Pro Late 2013 via BootCamp, specs in the following link:
https://support.apple.com/kb/sp691?locale=en_US
The ISO was created based on "Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22000.51 (co_release) amd64" from the UUP Dump site:
https://uupdump.net/selectlang.php?id=e012464d-2c1e-4c36-9051-caa99ff6f213
Please, could you help me to bypass this error and resume my Windows 11 instalation?
Thank you in advance!
Regards,
Jose Silva.

Hey, I'm back to post my solution.
I've mentioned that I tried to install the WiFi driver for the "Broadcom
802.11ac Wi‑Fi wireless networking", to do it, I've used the file:
- Broadcom-FORCED-10x64-BCM43x_7.77.119.0-drp.
The installation was not so easy because I didn't have full access to the system, I did it by calling Control Panel from the command line. Unfortunately, even the installation was successful I'm not able to connect to my WiFi network, even trying by netsh command.
The solution for this case is to use a USB to Ethernet Adapted, in this case:
- Airlink101 USB 3.0 to Ethernet Gigabit Adapter (AGE-1000)
I've connected it directly to the router ethernet port and this device was detected by Windows 11 without any other driver installation.
After one or two reboots, Windows 11 was able to connect to the internet and concludes successfully its own installation.

The PC asks why itself restarts lol

I wanted to add my experience on a Mac Mini 2014.
Same thing happened. Shift F10 command prompt showed a network connection but the setup would not proceed.
I ran the BootCamp setup program on D:\BootCamp\Setup.exe (The install thumbdrive was D and that installed the wifi drivers.
Disconnecting the ethernet cable and connecting to wifi was the trick that allowed the setup to continue.

This worked for me as well. In the command prompt I changed to the d: drive which was what the USB stick is with the bootcamp installer on it and changed the dir to bootcamp then typed setup. It allowed the setup to continue like before but it moved on to allow me to select my Wi-fi then from there it continued the setup.
I did this install on a late 2012 Mac mini on April 25, 2022.

How to connect to Mountain Lion Mac pc

My Mac PC cannot recognise my S2. I have installed MTP programming for Mac as suggested by Nexus 7 and recognises my Nexus 7 correctly. Do I need to something for connecting my S2 to Mac? Thanks!
You shouldn't need MTP or anything for the i9100.
Just plug it in and enable USB Storage through the notification bar. It will be on your desktop and Finder.
Unless you're running ICS or Jelly Bean?

Android File Transfer
This is a mini program that allows you to see the phone as a true mass memory. Once downloaded and installed, the program will auto start at the moment in which connecting your smartphone (disable USB debug settings from your smartphone if not the saw).
You will then have access to all the files in read-write, and you can move, delete, and manage your internal archive with simplicity and directness.

AirDroid
Another solution is Airdroid, program that if you do not know you will learn to love. Unlike the previous solution, with this program we'll use the Wi-Fi at home and therefore we do not need to connect the USB cable.
The program creates a connection between the smartphone and our network and we can access control interface from any computer is present in the same network. You can simply open a web page to the address web.airdroid.com, enter the code that appears on your smartphone or Tablet and the game is done.
You will have access to an enormous number of information, you can manage your device with a lot of features and, among other things, you will have access to the files, you can send and copy items and manage all aspects of your Android. Of course, the moving files will be slower than the usb because it will exploit the wi-fi network.
The advantage is certainly the absence of cables and the many other options available.
AirDroid works obviously also with Windows and Linux.

Please HELP! bricked my jyaiu S3

So i made a mess of this!
I initially followed this to install the SW version of the jiayu S3 stock rom.
http://www.spemall.com/forum/topic/2160-how-to-install-international-rom-for-jiayu-s3-basic-and-jiayu-s3-advanced/
Nothing happened until I started playing around with the drivers. Then I got about 2% into the process and the flashtool crashed.
Now every time I try again I get this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I can't turn on the phone anymore, it lingers in the Jyaiu screen but it charges and I can get into recovery mode.
Also, like an idiot, I did not make a backup.
I am thinking it has something to do with the drivers as the flashtool is unable to communicate with the phone, but I have no idea how to fix it!
Can someone please help me?
Fixed it! Here is a tutorial!
I installed the international rom for the Jiayu S3.
If you don't have gapps and/or your calendar and gmails apps do not sync. This will fix everyone of those issues.
I came across a lot of problems as windows, for some reason, it does not like the Jiayu drivers so the first time I flashed the device windows switched it off and corrupted the rom install. I was stuck with a phone that would not boot, it was just suck in the Jiayu logo.
FYI my phone would go into recovery mode!
I got it fixed eventually. This is what I did:
Before following the install instructions below:
On the phone go to settings, security:
- enable superuser and unknown sources
- disable verify apps
1. Format computer (you may now have to if you have not yet connected your phone to your pc. If you did, try using a different USB port)
2. Download the drivers from here and unzip onto desktop
http://thebroodle.com/microsoft/windows/how-to-install-mtk65xx-preloader-usb-vcom-drivers-in-windows
3. Connect the switched on phone to the PC (via USB) and windows will install some drivers
4. Once install finishes disconnect phone from pc
5. Turn phone off
6. Open pc device manager
(right click on computer, click on manage. New window will open, on the left side of the window double click on device manager)
7. Turn on flashtool
(follow this tutorial and use their tools: http://www.spemall.com/forum/topic/2160-how-to-install-international-rom-for-jiayu-s3-basic-and-jiayu-s3-advanced/) and press download
8. Go back to device manager window
9. Connect switched off phone to PC via USB
10. Go to device manager and wait for MTK65XX to appear under other devices
(this only shows up for a few seconds so keep a close eye on it) - if you miss it, disconnect the phone from PC and start over!
11. Right click on MTK65XX
12. Select update driver
13. Click on Browse
14. Select USB driver folder (downloaded from the above website)
15. Click ok
16. Windows should have now installed the correct drivers
17. Flashtool will start working straigt away (first the bar at the bottom of the flastool becomes green, then red, then purple then yellow with a % progression)
18. Go for a coffee
19. Wait until you get a big green tick on the screen
Flash complete and phone is working! Sigh of relief and curse windows repeatedly

Android (LG G6) won't connect as MTP to Macos (as ADB it does)

Hello everyone,
a) My guess is, it might a problem with the drivers. I installed some LG programes earlier, already deinstalled it... But, Maybe you know better how to renew the Android drivers on the Mac and get rid off the stuff which probably blocks me from having the file transfer function again.
b) do you know at least any other (free) Programe that uses ADB to connect the phone to Mac?
c) something I have not thought of... You tell me
Once it was possible to connect the phone to my Mac and transfer files with Android File Transfer. Now it is not. I tried several other programmes, none can connect to the phone via MTP (for file transfer).
When I chose not "data transfer" but "photo transfer" as an option in the phone, the Photo app on Mac opens and I could trnasfer photos - so it works!
But I need file transfer....
I have and try several cables. Phone works without any problems with windows.
The only thing works now for transfering files via cable is MacDroid, which can connect the phone via ADB insetad of MTP. --> Problem: it costs money (and why should it now work in MTP in the first place).
The phone generally is found by the computer:

I use as OS "El Capitan". On the phone Android 9.0. Phone LG G6
Thank you!
PS: The phone even asks me if I want the Mac to authorize:

}
PS2: Macdroid works with the phone even in MTP Mode when Debugging is deactivated. So what is this... I do not get it.
Guys, girls, anybody, please give me a hint, think with me, tell me where to look for answers ...
Finally... I knew it was some ****ty LG Software... I installed all the LG Software I could find on their website. Plus some dirver they provided. And THIS time, I deinstalled them using their own tool. Now it works again...
I think I had installed something earlier and then just deleted it or something.
So in short, it was necessary do install and UNINSTALL the LG drivers from their website.

Hi guys absolutely pulling my hair out with this phone. I just want to USB tether my internet and I'm getting "CDC NCM No driver found" in Windows, and when I check Device Manager it just says Other -> CDC NCM with an exclamation mark. Searching Google has been incredibly useless on this issue. I've never had issues with any other phone like this before. Anyone know how to solve this? Thanks.
What version of windows? Did you try more than one computer or the PDF instructions listed here? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/an...m-devices-arenamp39t-assigned-usbncm-dri.html

I haven't tried it on my Windows 10 Home PC but the issue is getting it on Windows 7. I followed these instructions but I don't see USBNcm Host Device in the update drivers list for Windows 7 and I don't know how to get it to appear.
have you tried the google usb driver?
Get the Google USB Driver | Android Studio | Android Developers
The Google USB Driver is required to perform adb debugging on Windows with Google devices.

Install the drivers that nutzfreelance linked. Have to disable driver signature verification on Windows for it to work. Mine were slightly out of date and stopped working on one of the phone updates. You also have to select USB tethering in two places:
Settings -> Network -> Hotspot
Dropdown menu: change "charging via USB" to USB tethering
It's probably been this way since Android 11 maybe? Pretty sure on 10 you didn't have to do step 2. Could be wrong though, haven't needed to tether for a couple of years.

Nethunter Redmi Note 9 Pro (joyeuse) - external wifi not work?

Hi, I hope I'm in the right part of the forum. If not, I apologize. I can't help it. I've read dozens of different discussion forums.
I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro (joyeuse) running on Android 10 specifically Lineage 17.1.
I can't run my external wifi. The system finds it for me (see photo) but that's it.

I have installed a custom kernel ( I have tried several versions)
1. https://github.com/Neternels/android_kernel_xiaomi_sm6250/releases/tag/v3
2. https://github.com/Neternels/android_kernel_xiaomi_sm6250/releases/tag/v1
3. https://tgstat.com/channel/@akamekernelchannel
But nothing happened. My wifi usb is AWUS036ACS. I have KALI installed on my laptop where it works normally under 8812au/8821au and everything works. But on nethunter it only detects the wifi with the command "lsusb". I use the Nethunter app (from the kali app store). Wifi I can use is only internal in the mobile.
What am I doing wrong?
How I acted:
1. unlocked the bootloader
2. installed TWRP
3. installed android 10 lineage 17.1
4. installed magisk
5. reboot and system settings
6. installed magisk wirelles nethunter firmware module
7. reboot
8. install all nethunter hangs from nethunter app store
9. reboot and install kernel (I tested all I could find on my joyeuse type)
10. start nethunter
11. connect wifi usb, only detects using lsub (I tried both using USBC to USBA reduction, and USBC to USBA + power reduction)
12. not work…no led blink…
Sorry I'm an "old" newbie so maybe I'm making a mistake somewhere. I also tried various "wake up" commands but no result, the device doesn't exist, etc.
Because the command "lsub" detects the wifi usb device even in case of external power supply and without external power supply.
Or the wrong drivers? I tried to install from aircrack github drivers but it ended with an error and I read somewhere that my type of wifi usb device is supported in kali / nethunter. so I don't know anymore.
Thank you very much for your time and any help
The main thing u are missing you have to just not flash a custom kernel you have to patch it first by nethunterʼs official kernel builder script in order to work wifh,hdmi and bluetooth attacks
Maybe thatʼs the issue
hello bro, Thank you for your reply. but according to everything, it's a driver error (at least I think so) in Kali (notebook), the wifi does not work after installation, but the "lusb" command detects it as rtl8812au/8821. but in reality it is not this model but the rtl8811au model and it does not contain nethunter (as well as kali). I found a working driver where the developer confirmed that it works on Android. the problem is that I can't install it (nethunter does not support "classic installations" according to the procedure on the driver developer page), so I don't know how to insert this already functional driver into the android core (or nethunter?)
Driver is here: https://github.com/morrownr/8821au-20210708
