coded db name! Better wait for a 'regular' fix from M$...

How they could think that seeing the name for an incoming SMS
wasn't a feature people needed is beyond us. It shows Microsoft
has a lot to learn when it comes to building a phone.

Yep!
The first ROM is so named folder based. Normal user don't need this. This is only for someone who wants to port the ROM or want to develop ANDROID.
The RUU ROM is the ROM for flash your device.
