Which is the best memory card for the Pocket PC - MDA, XDA, 1010 General

Hi
I do have T-mobile pocket PC, but I am not sure which memory card should I buy. SanDisk, Lexmar, Panasonic.
I have been reading that Lexmar is the best, but I want your opinion my friend.

i got a 256mb sandisk in mine works fine just sometimes a little slow at loading up as i have 3/4 filled it with mp3 and games

Lexar is the fastest one and it's cheap.
Lexar 256M SD is about 2x faster then Sandisk 256M SD

I use the Lexar 512mb, works fine.

Which To Buy
Which To Buy B, MG, GB.

Well the 1GB holds more than than the others, cheapest route is ebay.

I got 1GB Sandisk SD....£50 from eBay....perfect, and essential

Best allocation unit size for 64 GB sdxc?

Hi
What would be the best allocation unit size for fat32 formatted SDXC micro sd card with 64 GB? I formatted it with gparted and it is 32K unit size. Is it ok?
default!

Smaller size for smaller size, bigger for bigger.
I think he's meaning that if you want to store mainly big files a big allocation unit is better, less fragmentation, but for little file a little allocation unit size or you'll lose a lot of space.
Default size is a compromise between that and is most if the time a good choice, unless you have only one type of files stored which is quite rare.

Curious about this Amazon Deal of the Day....: SanDisk Extreme 16gb MicroSD Card

I just came across this Amazon.com "Deal of the Day" earlier and just in case some of ya'll haven't seen it yet, it's probably worth checking out. It's the "Deal of the Day" for the SanDisk Extreme 16gb MicroSD card for our phones for only $18.99 + Free Shipping with Amazon Prime. I thought this was a pretty decent deal on a high-quality, fast, mid-range sized MicroSD card. I don't have any experience at all with the "Extreme" line of SanDisk MicroSD cards, but I'm sure they're good quality cards with a little speed increase over the "Ultra" series. The only thing I was a little curious about was how does this card compare to the SanDisk Ultra 32gb MicroSD that's only $1.00 more at $19.99? I currently have a 16gb Ultra card in my phone and it seems to do the job just fine. I was curious if the 16gb Extreme was worth the money...almost twice the amount of money as the 32gb Ultra..or should I just spend the extra $1.00 and get the twice as much capacity 32gb Ultra MicroSD card instead? I'm not a "photographer" and I don't do a lot of high-speed, high-quality video recording either, so the speed isn't all THAT much important to me, but of course, more speed is better in most applications anyway. What are your thoughts? BTW, this deal ends tonight at 3:00AM Eastern Standard Time.

Is the xperia z tablet good for pdfs and ebooks? I see it on woot for about 380 for the 32gb version new.
I will also be using it for some media.
Should i go ahead and buy this even though its last generation?
The waterproof isnt ismportant to me
does this tablet offer expandable memory?

I now use my XTZ since 3 month and I am happy with it.
First, it has a good battery life. I always came with it through the day. Of course it is PDF and ebook compatible. I like that this tablet is slim and light. The display is sharp and the speakers sound good. Some times there is a crackling noise on my speakers, which is the only issue I ran into. It supports microSD cards. These are my experiences with this device. I can really recommend it for daily use.
Works fine for PDFs and ebooks. It is last generation but it still works great and is a decent tablet. You can use micro SD cards for more storage. Haven't had any issues to speak of.

microSDXC class10 vs. UHS-I U3

I am considering whether to buy Kingston Class 10 (R: 45 MB/s, W: 10 MB/s) or Kingston Class 10 UHS-I U3 (R: 90 MB/s, W: 80 MB/s). Apart from copying large files from PC to microSDXC card, do you believe that there's a big difference in real-life terms? Have you tested it out yet?
If you're just going to use the sdcard for storing pics/videos/mp3's then the slow one is enough. Unless the price difference is minimal then go for the faster one.

Alternative to Galaxy S8/S9/S10/Note with Micro SD and AMOLED?

It is coming up time for an upgrade at last. My S5 isn't doing it for me anymore, I need more speed, screen, and internal memory. I will probably be upgrading this year to a new device.
MicroSD is mandatory for me. No MicroSD is a deal breaker. Also, AMOLED. For me, the deeper blacks of AMOLED are better for me. I will only get a MicroSD and AMOLED device.
I also want 6+ GB of RAM and a minimum of 64GB internal memory.
OnePlus 6T looks good EXCEPT that it does not have a MicroSD slot. So, deal breaker. I have a 400GB MicroSD in my Galaxy S5 (YES IT IS COMPATIBLE). Whenever bigger ones come available, I will put those in.
Xiaomi Pocophone F1 looks good, except for the IPS screen. So I don't want an IPS screen (also lower resolution, but that's not as important to me, I'm coming from S5 which the res is fine for me.)
Side note: why MicroSD? I have massive amounts of audiobooks, learning materials, and other materials I keep for ready access. If I could have 1+TB MicroSD, I would definitely use it.
Anyway, is there ANY comparable alternative to the galaxy lineup, or will I be getting another galaxy device? It's not that I don't like Galaxy because I do - I just don't want to leave another better (and less expensive) alternative on the table just cause I didn't know about it.
Thanks!
bump
