I bought XDA 2 in German.
1. I want to change OS language into English.
Please, tell me How can I chage... and
2. I want to use xda 2 in U.S. (T-mobile U.S.)
So, let me know what I need to use phone fuction.
Already I have SIM card. Do I need special program for T-mobile.
Please help me!

Is it really a T-MOBILE ? If it is a qtek you can try Novabase Portugal. I heard that they are having PT roms
