Bluetooth Headsets for BA - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 Accessories

Hey guys,
I'm trying to find a bluetooth headset that will work clearly and cleanly with my xda iis.
I've tried the jabra 250 whilst in the o2 shop and the chap there blamed the crackly poor quality sound on the flourescent lights. Whatever!
Could we start a thread of known working bluetooth headsets for the blue angel or is there a list somewhere else?
I'm becoming quite tired of trying to find a clear working device.
Thanks.

I'm using a Nextlink BlueSpoon without any problems.

Motorola HS810 here, works fine.

i use the BodyGlove Bluetooth Headset.
No Complaints.

i use the Sony-Ericsson HBH-602 Headset, it works fine.

I have used the following:
Ultra Mini Bluetooth Headset - Crackle City
Sony Ericsson HBH-65 - Worked Great
Nextlink Bluespoon AX - Crackly City
Sony Ericsson HBH-600 - Crackle someitmes - but good otherwise.

Used BT800 with Telecom Harrier and it doesn't work properly.
Paired alright and it seems like the mic part of the headset is not working.
I can hear people talking over the phone but they can't hear me at all.
Upgraded to BT3900 and still doesn't work.
Tried with another BT800 and the same result.
Everything works but not the mic.

I bought the Motorola HS850 yesterday and it has arrived at 930am thanks to www.i2020.co.uk
Took it out the box, charged it for an hour (not the recommended two), went into bluetooth manager and created a new headset connection.
Within 60 seconds I now have a perfectly working bluetooth device. Just called a friend and they didn't even know I was on a bluetooth headset.
A big THUMBS DOWN  for the Jabra models and a big THUMBS UP for the Motorola models!
Thanks all for your input.

I'd like to but my one is a Telecom Harrier. I just can't find the way to update to 1.40 on my device.
Telecom Harrier is a CDMA/EVDO version and it doesn't use SIM Cards. No WiFi too...

I logged into www.clubimate.com and tried to register but it says my ESN number is either invalid or already been registered.

I downloaded and installed it. But it ain't working...!!!!!!! doh!!!!!
I will try re-pairing the device and see how it goes.

I deleted the profile and re-paired it but it ain't working.
It pairs alright and I can hear others talking but they can't hear me.
It might be my handset or the headset with mic faulty.
I will go get another one and try. If it still doesn't with my harrier, I will just wait and seek for a new model.
Thanks a lot for your help dude.

Hi,
just got the new Motorola HS 850, till now works great.
Sound is good, very little echo.
Using ROM 1.40 and Radio 1.13
On my carkit (Bluetooth Lintech for Cark-91) a lot of echo.
So far so good.
Regards,
Max

I've used both the Logitech Mobile Freedom and their Mobile Pro headsets with no problems.
Personally, I prefer the Mobile Pro because the ear clip mechanism allows you to clip the headset to a shirt.

i have the hbh 660 and it works great. you can even see who is calling you on the lcd of the headset... ooooh yeah

I use this one....
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6402429860&rd=1&sspagename=STRK:MEWN:IT&rd=1
and its A PILE OF PANTS!!!!!!!!!!!
I get one call out of it and then anything after it asks for the pin, which when entered does sod all. The amount of times I've nearly crashed in a blind rage with this useless piece of equipement....
....Anyone know of anything that might fix this????? Or is it a lost cause???
Cheers
H

Hi! I have Motorola HT 820 - this device work fine (Stereo headset, handsfree)

wireless modem applet fixes BT sound quality
On my SX-66, I have found that if I connect the Jabra BT200 and activate it (press the pickup/hangup button so the PDA sound is in the headset), then run the Wireless Modem applet (\Windows\WModem.exe), "Start" a connection, then exit the applet with the "ok" button, the sound quality will magically correct itself!
This confirms to me that the sound quality problem is a software issue. Every BT headset would work if whatever the Wireless Modem applet does was integrated into the connection routine.
This is not a great workaround because it take about 1 hour to prepare for a phone call  as the wireless resets and is stubborn about reconnecting. It isn't just the reset that fixes the problem because just reseting the wireless has never helped my sound quality problems.
For now, it is best to buy a headset that already works, but there is hope that in the future all BT handsfree devices may work correctly.

Echo on Nokia C7-7W carkit

I use my Qtek 9090 through bluetooth with a Nokia C7-7W carkit.
I hear my callers and whom I call to very well, but they hear an echo. Can anyone tell me how to prevent? It looks like it is very annoying.
Thanks in advance!
I got the same problem and did not find any solution so far. Is there someone to extend a helping hand??
same problem, but with Qtek S100 + Nokia HS-11W
Hi ppl,
I have the same problem, but I'm using a Qtek S100 + Nokia HS-11W as headset. I thought it was the headset that has a problem, but I think it is something with the Qtek S100. So far, I did not find a solution for this, so I just keep waiting until someone figures it out! :?
Jorge
I have this problem with 2 out of 3 of my BT headsets. The old Jabra 200 seems to work fine, but the other 2 get an echo. If I turn the volume on the headset down, the caller does not get an echo, but I can't here them very well. I guess the problem must lie with the BA. Yet another feature of this device - can't wait for the Universal (hopefully, with a fully working BT implimentation)
I have the same problem when I use bluetooth and I think the problem is that the voice out of the loudspeaker is fed back to the microphone and the other party hears his/her echo. I think it does not happend when the phone is in the cradle because there are echo cancellers in the NOKIA carkit. to get rid of the problem I reduce the volume and use the farest loudspeaker only. Hope it helps  .
I have tried it, but didn´t work, even when I close the microphone of my phone, it keeps echoing...HELP!!!
Hi Tikkel,
When I said microphone I meant the car kit microphone. As soon as you connect to the car kit you start using the car kit loudspeakers and microphone. Hence try to use the farest loudspeaker and set the volume to the minimum necessary. Let me know if you still have the problem.
KR,
Reda
I have tried it and it works! No echoing anymore...but my volume is very low and I can hardly hear the caller...
Let's hope for an better solution, but thanks for now!!!
Its the NOKIA fault.
I used to face the same issue, but i changed Car Kit to the HCB-300 SE and the problem is gone !!
I have installed the new rom ( 1.40 ) and don't have any problems anymore...

Can you confirm after installing the rom upgrade to 1.40, that you can use the nokia car kit with no more echoing, cause I have a O2 XDA 11s from Australia, and I am suffering with the same annoying issue with the Nokia CK-1W car kit.
Can I apply the 1.40 rom update that was posted a few days ago to my XDA?
Your help is much appreciated.
After installing the rom update 1.40 I had less complaints about echoing. But yesterday, there was some one complaining again about echoing. Just first of all try turning the volume of the carkit to the lowest and make a call...
So the echo is not yet gone for now!
I have exactly the same problem with an SPV M2000 on Orange and the Ck-7W car kit. I used the kit succesfully with a nokia 6600 for a year or so and have used carkits for years so I know it isn't an installation problem.
Nokia support aren't interested as its a non-nokia phone.
Tried the upgrade on the Business section of the Orange website. No joy there either.
I'm at my witts end with this one! I just use my earphones now but its a real pain in the ar*e when you're used to a radio-muting, self connecting carkit.
I seem to remember with Nokia phones you could do something with EFR that helped but this isn't so on these phones.
Tried some bluetooth upgrades but to be honest its not something I'm comfortable with and think the problem lies elsewhere.
If anyone comes up with a fix for this it would be hugely appreciated. Callers complain all the time. I tested it by parking the car outside the office and ringing the office phone. Ran inside and spoke to the empty car with no engine running and yes theres an echo thats as loud as the voice. Truly awful.
So much for compatitblilty eh!!!?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Hi, to be honest it's not Nokia's fault their car kit work well with nokia phones, which they were designed to do. You would think bluetooth is compatable with other bluetooth devices this is not always the case.
To be fair your only option is the ericsson HCB 30 or the 300 car kit or i belive the parrot bluetooth with the lastest software work really well
alarmed
guy's your so lucky,
I have Just XDA II and I can't get the phone to work with the car kit!!
life sux when from down under. :?
no one has a aussie upgrade whithout the phone locking up.
and when You ask custom support which is in hong kong they don't know when the upgrades are coming!
It is definitive Nokia's fault. I had a huge echo using a SE t610 (and the xda2s) with ck7w! Does anyone know a good alternative for a bluetooth carkit?
as installers for car kits, and i own an XDA myself.
i have tried the phone with the following car kits, CK7W, CK1W and neither of these work, this is down to nokia's car kit and there is no known fix for this...
if we have customers with XDA's (or 2s) we now use Motorola HFW8000 as we have found these work with no problems at all.
Same problem here, lots of echo with the cw7 carkit.
Going to have a good look at the BT and wave dll's.
Have taken 2 days too look at the problem,
have tryed different BT stack. But nothing worked.
Replaced the speaker (from the CK-7W) carkit from onder the drivers dash to the passengers dash and got a slide improvement on the echo problem.
going to try a directional microfoon next.
ill tell you the results once i get them.
Solution!
I have the solution of the bt car kit error! :!:
I bought a MDA Vario/Wizard/9100 with the newest rom on it. Now it works like really good and no echoing anymore! Pairing and calling without echos!

Best Bluetooth Car Kit?

Having just read the thread about Nokia BT car kits causing echo (I've apparently got this problem ) I just wanted to know peoples opinion on what BT car kit I should replace my Nokia one with?
Someone mentioned the HCB-300 SE. Is the 'SE' but different from a normal HCB-300 that I can easily get on eBay, or here.
Are there any others I should concider for my PDA2k? Thanks for any help.

Ok, you've got my attention What BT version are you using on your BA.
I've also got a nokia CK7W and i'm struggling . With BT 3900 it doesn't work at all, and with BT3500 (and only after a re-rom) it's echoey to the caller and the callers sound 'distant' to me - I've tried fiddling with all the volumes, placement of speakers etc - if it's a feedback problem it's internal!
Could you let me know your configuration with this Parrot CK because i'd be really interested. Do all the features work?

Right, Device Information first
BT - 1.0.0.3900
ROM Version - 1.40.00 WWE
ROM Date - 10/3/2005
Radio - 1.12.00
ExtROM - 1.31.139
Had a CK-7W first, very echoey and problems with incoming calls not being answered correctly. Got the CK 3300 installed - works OK but not perfectly! I've got a mute kit so it mutes the stereo and puts the audio through the front speakers (it's what we design and make at work) so I knew this bit wasn't faulty when I had the CK-7W installed.
Created hands-free connection and serial connection in minutes. Transferred all my contacts to the kit. All calls work both directions, no echo at all.
The only thing it doesn't do all the time is automatically connect to the kit when I switch the ignition on - sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't!
When using navigation (TT3,TT5,Destinator 3 and Destinator PN) it automatically connected to the kit and GPS starts up. With TT5 it actually mutes the nav when a call comes in
I've also tried the M500 and MPx220(with smartphone nav installed) with the kit and all work faultlessly so I'm well impressed.

BlueAnt X5 A2DP Stereo Headphones

Ok...
I haven't found anyone else that would admit to trying these headphones with my phone (Dopod 838 Pro).
The headphones themselves are pretty cool. They fit pretty well, don't look toooo dorky, and the buttons click nicely etc. I haven't had them go flat on me yet. They could have come with a protective case though, and you have to take the microphone off to charge them, and I'm always afraid I will lose it.
When I first got them, they sounded crap. AM radio crap. I updated them to the latest firmware from the BlueAnt website (what a drama).
Tested, and they worked ok with the dongle - not exactly hifi sound, but the quality was ok to listen to.
Next I called BlueAnt HQ here in Australia, and after getting put through to a tech support guy he told me "They should work fine, I tried them with an iMate JasJam - no problems. Do a reset and try re-pairing them" (Duh).
Then I called the Dopod support line in Australia. During business hours. It goes through to an answering machine that doesn't even have an introduction message. Left a message. No reply.
Just as I was about to return them, I found the A2DP software tweak/patch on the wiki. First let me just say:
AAARRRGHHHH! What they hell are Microsoft thinking? Why have a registry setting \HKLM\StereoMusic\MakeMyMusicSoundLikeCrap=1 setting in the first place, and THEN why ship all phones with that enabled as the default? How many people have returned perfectly functioning Bluetooth headsets because of that? STUPID. I reckon Microsoft/HTC owe BlueAnt (and others) a truck load of money.
Secondly, that helps. Music is now stereo. I've been using them every day for a few weeks now. The bad news:
1) The quality is still very poor. There is a metallic hissing/sizzling/sibilance sound, especially noticeable on female vocals, which sounds (to me) exactly like a poor bitrate encoding error. The quality is much worse than when I pair it to the dongle it came with. I suspect it is the phone (or the MS BT stack) at fault not the headset. I would really like to be able to fix this.
2) With Wifi enabled, the music cuts out every few seconds. Unlistenable.
3) With Wifi disabled, I get the occasional glitch. I can live with that (if I must)
4) Using the headset profile during a phonecall, the sound I hear isn't too bad (a little muffled) but people tell me I sound really distant and hard to hear.
5) The AVRCP support is dodgy. Most of the time it works. Often when I first hit Play, it plays for a few seconds and then stops. I have to hit Play/Pause again and it starts. Track seek and volume up/down seem to work well. Answering a phone seemed hit and miss at first, but seems to mostly be working now. Not sure if this is the phone or the headset.
The iMate JasJam listed in the compatitabilty section of the BlueAnt website, but the Dopod 838 Pro is not. I emailed BlueAnt with my findings, and suggested they add the A2DP hack to their FAQ for other users. Hasn't appeared yet.
So, my questions:
1) Has anyone tried these headphones on a Hermes device? Does your experience mirror mine? Or is one of my devices faulty? Is the voice quality on the headset profile ok?
2) Is there a Widcomm (?) stack that works on the Hermes that may fix the problem, or...is it likely to be any better with WM6?
3) Does anyone have an A2DP headset of any brand working on a Hermes with "Crystal clear CD quality sound" like it says on the box the headphones came in. If so, what brand? If it is possible to get a good sound out of the MS BT stack, it might be worth pushing BlueAnt to release a new firmware to fix the issues.
4) Would a Bluetooth 2.0 headset give a better result? (Is it a bandwidth issue?)
Any replies would be helpful.
Thanks guys,
Zilch.
Yep I have an X5 unit connected to my Imate Jasjam and have not updated the firmware.
Yes it did skip when I first tried it but after a bit of experimenting, discovered turning off WiFi fixed it.
Yes it was mono till I did the reg hack to make it stereo.
No I don't get any hiss and think the quality is great (I know this is subjective but I tested female vocals as you suggested and they were great -Croncrete Blond, Eurythmics, Dyvinals, and even Chris Issac)
You may want to go here http://blogs.msdn.com/windowsmobile/default.aspx to realise the complications/dificulties the Ms WM guys are up against. I am sure they had a good reason to set the default to mono (maybe some devices didn't work at all with it set to stereo)
I would have to suggest there are other issues with your setup that are compromising the playback quality. I honsetly am impressed.
I don't use it as a phone headset as I use the X3 model to connect to two phones (I like Blue Ant stuff), so I can't comment on the mic quality.
When you consider that most people are having a nightmare with their stereo headsets (read the Widicom thread, if you have a lifetime to spare), then I am totally impressed with Blue Ant.
Sorry to have to disagree with you.

Hmm...ok. Are you saying that the quality from your JasJam is the same as if you used the supplied Bluetooth Dongle that comes with the X5? (That's my goal currently)
If so, maybe there is some sort of configuration difference between the JasJam and the Dopod. (The JasJam is on the compatibility list, and the support guy did say he had used it ok)
I'm not just being an anal hifi buff here. The sound quality is obviously poor, and quite noticeable. You probably don't have it, but if you listen to the track 'Lithum' by 'Evanescense' it makes you cringe when the vocals come in (the piano sounds relatively normal. It's noticable in all tracks, but specifically in tracks like that.
Did you use this utility to tweak the A2DP sound settings? Or edit the registry manually (if so, can you tell me what settings you used?)

I don't really accept that as a valid reason. Sure they have problems. The least they could do is make a user tweakable UI to change that setting. It's not acceptable to have a protocol designed for stereo music set to mono and no way for a user to change it.

I haven't used the dongle for a long time but when I did it was thru my HiFi playing CDs not MP3 so there may have been a difference in quality but never bothered to compare as I never had a problem with the playback quality from my Imate.
I did a manual reg fix using the wiki recommendations of 48 and 0.
I have model H1.
You may be right that the Imate is configured a little differently but I also run it very clean.
I have so few problems compared to what I read that I feel embarressed that I'm so lucky. As an IT consultant I just luv it as my work phone - I use VPN, Terminal Services, WiFi, Push Email, internet access, etc... and it's a phone! Constantly impressed.

Just for the record, I got the headphones a few days after I got the phone. The only thing I had done was put my SIM card in, copy a few MP3s and change the default theme (since the Dopod one is grey).
There were no mods/hacks/cooked ROMS/tweaks etc. Just the ROM it came with which is also the latest version on the Dopod website. My phone is supplied to me by work, so I need it to be as reliable as possible - I can't afford to mess around with it. (Which is one of the reasons I resent having to edit the registry to get some stereo headphones to play in stereo)
Note: Today I have a few apps installed. An RSS reader, train timetable, TomTom etc. Only hack is the registry change for A2DP, and a util which sets the soft input to Block Recognition mode on startup. None of these seem to have affected the quality of the A2DP stream in any way though.
Unless I can try my headphones with someone's JasJam, or another Dopod I'm not sure I'm going to be able to narrow down the issue. I think it has to be a difference in the X4 hardware/firmware or an issue with the Dopod ROM (compared to the JasJam one)

I have it as a work phone too - and work in IT. I haven't had any issues with it except Windows Media Player losing the tracks on the storage card, and the device locking up from time to time (this is always when I am not using it - it is turned off and does not turn back on). Overall it's a great phone!

Can't believe the way people on this forum butcher their devices and end up with something that is full of broken things... oh but I'm sooooo cool because I have WMXL .20.1 with radio rom 6.47.803 - don't care that nothing works anymore. Juss wanna be soooo cool.

Dude. You are hanging around the xda-developers forum. Each to their own. Tweaking is fun for these guys. It's like mechanics cars. You and I are in a different position as our phones are a work tools and have to be reliable. I'm more than happy to benefit from people experiences hacking theirs though
Zilch.

I don't use it as a phone headset as I use the X3 model to connect to two phones (I like Blue Ant stuff), so I can't comment on the mic quality.

I was actually considering getting an X3 as well (they look cool), but I will wait until I have worked out the issues with my X5.
Just thinking about this. How does it work? You are bopping along to your perfect A2DP sound, and you somehow hear the phone ringing, so you take off the stereo headphones, get your X3 out of your pocket, insert it in your ear, and answer the phone!?
Zilch.

Don't use X5 at work, but when I'm relaxing at the beach or around the pool. Use X3 connected to my Imate and my private phone at work. AT the time it was the only headset that would connect to more than one device and works great.

... but i shake my head in disbelief when I read some of the things ppl do.
Kupur was applauding an admitted newbie who, after 1 hr of owning his device decided it wasn't right and flashed it with some cooked rom, upgraded the radio, and SIM/CID unlocked it!!
How can this guy have any point of referance? How can he know he has made an improvement if he never bothered to use it properly in it's std state? And he will no doubt curse and abuse Ms and HTC for producing crap hardware and software.
As you say each to their own but it's hard for me to understand some ppls mentality.

If I was tempted to do that, right after getting it is probably when I would do it. Reloading all your stuff sucks. Plus if he needed it SIM unlocked to use it that could be why.
Plus, what a better way to learn than bricking a $900 brand new phone?

So, my questions:
1) Has anyone tried these headphones on a Hermes device? Does your experience mirror mine? Or is one of my devices faulty? Is the voice quality on the headset profile ok?
...

To answer my own question in case anyone else is having this issue...it's all fixed with the official WM6 ROM. Works perfectly. (Except for the dropouts when WiFi is enabled)
yeah I have them and have had for quite some time now ... first used them with my Eten G00 then the G500+, then I changed phones to a nokia n73 and things didn't seem so good. anymore I lost the remote functions and even though I like the new phone I missed some things like nav and others so i went back tot he g00+. I have now updated to the HTC Tytn II I think sim to your hermes ....
I find nothing wrong the x5 controls a re great and quality is exceptable... I have no issues with Wifi.. I have the updated firmeware on my x5 and the stock firmware on my tytn II..
I also have a hs850 paired to the device the only thing I deslike on the hole issue is that everytime I use the x6 I have to fiddle around getting them to resume the pairing.
where as my hs-850 I just turn on blue tooth and turn on the headset... and off we go...
I have the x5 set as default headset and default stereo headset... the hs850 is just another device listed and pairs up soon as its turned on.
Can someone post me the headset firmware and how to use it?

I got it from blueant.com I think. (Was some time ago). It was updating the phone that fixed the issues though.

8525 & bt just don't mix

so i started out with a brand new 8525 and decided to get my own set of blueteeth n ended up with the southwing sa505. i liked em, they work great, but i've now run into a new prob....the once good working mic has now decided to play a strange game with me.
the mic won't work(in or out) in ANY phone call, BUT using the note recorder i get a crisp, clean pissed off voice of myself...joy
i've taken it apart to check connections and all is fine.
upgraded the radio n did all the other crud(hardspl, unlock, blah).
upgraded from wm5 to wm6black.
no change, mic works only in note recorder, never during a call.
anybody got an idea?
there only a $30 pair of phones, but its still a waste when it could be repaired(less its something in the headset software)
Think it might be the headset...

I use a Plantronics 855, and I've never had any problem with it. Also used the V-655, and V-715 from Plantronics as well. Perhaps a different headset will solve your problem. Good Luck!
I use a sony ericsson pv705 with my 8525 and it works fine, not the best headset but still does its job!
I have never had a problem with the plantronics 510 or 520
No probs here with the Motorola H700 either.

Need help with Carkit

I've got my TP2 for over a week now, but I just can't get my carkit to work with it correctly. I've searched for solutions but couldn't find one yet.
I've got a Pioneer AVIC-F910BT radio/nav with builtin Parrot carkit. I believe it has the CK5000 or the CK5050+ OEM module.
My TP2 will pair correctly and sync of contacts works fine as well.
Problem I'm having is:
1) When I call, the sound of the radiu/iPod is not muted (need to turn down volume)
2) "Call interface" doesn't show up on the Pioneer. This should popup everytime I'm in a call. It allows me to drop the call and change volumes.
When setting up pairing I can select a bunch of phones, but non of them solve my issues. I'm not sure but I believe it might be caused because the TP2 only recognizes Hands-free and no carkit.
I've had a Samsung i600 (with JetWare) which works fine and a Nokia e75 which works fine out of the box. The JetWareMobile app doesn't work on the TP2 as it has a different Bluetooth stack.
Anyone has any idea's on how I can get my TP2 working fine with my Pioneer?
Any help is appreciated.
No one experienced this yet?
I also have problems with a parrot CK3100 which is supposed to be compatible with TP2 according to parrot web site.
This car kit is working fine with my Tytn2 and my wife's diamond.
Pairing, contacts synch, battery level and network are OK (tried "other phone" and "windows CE").
I have randomely a blank screen or some strange characters and/or disconnections with the phone. Sometimes the connection comes back automatically.
The vendor has replaced the electronic box (with a brand new one) but I still encounter the same problems...
It seems TP2 got a lot of problems with bluetooth connections. I have a brand new Volvo V70 with a built-in bluetooth carkit (off factory). Works fine with all phones (even my old HTC touch) but not with the TP2! The phone can connect but when data connection is switch on (UMTS) I can call but after that I lose controle of the phone and have no sound at all. Manual switching the data connection off solves the problem (maybe this will also solve your problems). It seems that all of the Volvo models with built-in carkit have this problem with the TP2. Besides this very annoying problem also no voice dailing is availble. How can HTC say this is a business phone with this kind of bluetooth crap.
have you checked parrots website for the latest firmware
i have a parrot carkit i think its the ck3200, and it works fine, i had massive issues with my tytn ii before with it, but with the latest update all is fine with both my tytn ii and tp2.
parrot reconised that they had issues with most wm devices about a year ago and updated their software

Pioneer in this case uses an OEM Parrot module. There are 2 versions available, 2.9 and 3.3. I've tried both, but they just wont work
I hope this can be fixed quickly.

I have the exact same problem as you described...
I tried original HTC 6.5 rom for my TP2 and work flawless with my pioneer 900bt. But when adding manila 2.5 in a custom rom starts the problems..

Doubtful. Have the same problem with my MK6000 Parrot using the last available firmware. Parrot has a bad habit of stopping support on their overpriced car kits quickly, less than a year on this model. Their suggestion to me was to buy a newer model. This was their most current stereo model 12 months ago. Go figure. Mine works great for stereo connections and the sound is good, but it hangs up phone calls about ten seconds into the call. No such problems on my much older Moto 605 but its stereo sound is not as good.
Hey there,
Not sure if you've got it figured out already, but here's your solution (I assume it works for the Touch Pro2 as well): http://www.winmo.nl/pioneer-avic-f910bt-niet-goed-compatible-met-htc-hd2
It's in Dutch, for anyone who doesn't understand that, have it translated with Google Translate.
