can I unlock this device with new xda2unlock exe v2.2, I try with old exe v1.2 but program says "your device alredy unlocked" can any body answer me my problem

i've tried the the version of the unlock tool which obviosly doesnt work, however the links are dead for the old version. anyone have a copy of the program they could email me? or even point me to the direction of a working link for the program,

Hello I have a XDA2 (QTEK2020) locked with ONE AUSTRIA i tried to unlock it with XDA2UNLOCK but the Software means your phone is already unlocked ..... but after the next reboot the message network is locked !?!?!
Now installed:
ROM-VERSION 1.60.00GER
ROM-Datum: 12/03/03
RADIO: 1.06.01
Protokoll Version 1337.16
Ext ROM 1.72.572
how can i unlock this ?!?!?!?!?

are you sure you are taking the right steps to unlock it ??
you are suppose to copy xda2unlock-v2.2.exe on to your device and then run it after that it provides all the information.....
and by "but the Software means" what do you mean ?? do you mean that after running the tool it says phone already unlocked ???

hi everyone i have a xda II its old its rom version is 1.72.00wwe rom date is 03/15/04 radio version 1.17.00 protocol version 1337.28 extrom 1.72.187.now i want to upgrade it but the problem is when i synchronized with window it does but when i try to upgrade it it just disconnect and cant upgrade the rom plz help me thanks in advance
put it in bootloader mode connect it to the cradle
start the flash
