Is there an update for the Camera to make all the images go into a specific folder such as 'My Pictures' instead of creating a new folder everytime. I know the XDAII and XDAIIs has this ability to put into a specific folder but the XDAIIi does not.
Can anyone help with this????

Please can somebody help. i did an Upgrade on my XDA II from the O2 website, and now i cannot use the camera, i am guessing i will need a driver, therefore please can someone point me to somewhere that will have the driver?

it's inside the extented rom
get a extented rom from the
ftp or get somebody with the same
device as you to open their extented rom
and copy the cab for you
or you can try to search the forum for it

I have searched around for a driver for the Camera, however i cannot find any info on this, and i do not know anyone with the same phone, Is there any chance somebody can attach the CAB file or point me in the right direction?

You can have a look here: ftp://Himalaya/Extended_ROM/O2_Asia_Himalaya_1.66.65_ExtROM . You will find a camera CAB there.

you unlock and unhide the extented rom first the cab is in there
Sorry left out the important part. You need to login to the ftp.xda-developers.com FTP site and that go to Himalaya/Extended_ROM/O2_Asia_...1.66.65_ExtROM.

can you explain further what you wanted to do in the extended ROM? do you want to delete the .cab file that is a trial version? As I tried to understand what you mean, you are asking if it is safe to delete the .cab file and you won't have any problems in the future if you delete it in ext ROM?

No it will not harm ur Atom in any way if u are upgrading ur Atom afresh. I hope that helps, but please read the wiki as already suggested by brian_2cool4u.

In your kitchen folder, do a search for 3gp and delete the file...its like 5-6 megs

That should do it unless you want to dig around for the registry entry...

You're likely going to find those in one of the Operator PROVXML packages ... the Manilla (TF3D) .RGU file contains a list of the registry entries you can look for in the various PROVXML files.
Sorry, not sure which PROVXML - still working out some other cooking related items.

Im using winmo6.5 right now.. I'm trying to install my android on the root of my SD card, at the same times i am trying to install the rom for the autoboot of android and WINMO, then i found out that the phone just COULDN'T install any of .cab files.....i need help....
