HP iPAQ Bluetooth Keyboard

Has anyone managed to get the HP iPAQ bluetooth folding keyboard to work with the XdaIIs? It's a great keyboard and the software loads fine, the Xda IIs bluetooth sees the keyboard but when you hit connect it just times out and fails to connect.
It's very frustrating and I'd hate to have to return it.
Any help greatly appreciated
Dave

yeah i have one of those keyboards too....ipaq foldable bluetooth keyboard.... and i'm trying it on qtek s110...doesnt work ///
any drivers ? ideeas ?
please
please does anyone has any ideeas ??
Have a look on the HP site. Look on the keyboard and see if it says anything about the maker of they keyboard. If it does look on the manufactures site. I have a 02 I/R keyboard and it is made by stowaway.
It is made by Darfon. I have not been able to use it with MS bluetooth drivers. I'm a Wizard user, so I'm not familiar with the drivers on the BA.
It says on the website that the keyboard is compatible with 2003SE and WM5 so it could be a case that the blue tooth in the keyboard is faulty. Have a look here http://www.darfon.com.tw/2005_HTM/HID/HID_Portable.htm it shows all the keyboards and it shows the versions of blue tooth that it is compatible with. I am not sure what version of blue tooth the IIs has but if it is not the right version that could be why it doesn't work properly.
Unpacked today. It works.
Helmi 3.2 (1.3) + widcomm stack
baniaczek, which file driver did you use to get the ipaq keyboard work?

Stowaway ThinkOutside bt keyboard

Hello,
Is somebody using the Stowaway ThinkOutside bluetooth keyboard with Topaz?
I have some problem for some characters and I don't see anything to setup the right configuration.
Thanks in advance!
You need to install the driver.
ALexander
working fine so far
i just paired the keyboard and i see no problems so far. what characters are you having problems with?
cheers
I downloaded the driver from http://corporate.igo.com/support/Drivers.asp and it works now.
The problem was, among others, for the "-" character. But my Stowaway kb is a French one with AZERTY (Not QWERTY) keyboard and my Topaz is in French too...
Thank you all; as long as the keyboard was detected correctly, I didn't think that a driver was required indeed.
and what device manufacturer and model did you choose
salut a +
I choosed this one:

MtkBt.apk for my device
Hey i'v got the same problem. On stock rom (pap3540duo mtk6575m) I can pair my bluetooth keyboard but not connect. I've managed to port rom from acer z120 (liquid z2) and there my keyboard works fine but wi-fi and cellular phone don't work. I tried to install only mtkbt.appk from acer rom on my stock but the wireless input device apk does not show in menu. How can I fix it? Any ideas? Sorry for digging up old post but it's related. Cheers

Android Touch Mode digitizer

Hello all,
I recently bought an Android tv box and I want to put it in my car. I bought also a 7" digitiser and a "digitizer to usb interface from Adafruit named ar1100" that help me to connect via USB the digitiser and the Tv box.
My problem is that I have set up the interface and when I connect to my tv box using USB, it works as a touchpad , not like a touchscreen. This means that I see a cursor and I need to move that cursor like the touchpad from the laptop.. I want to activate the function where the digitiser works as it is designed.
I have read on some forums that is a "Touch mode" function that can be activated but from what I understand, it is made by developers which insert some lines in the source code...
Do you please have any suggestion for me in order to find a solution? Or an .apk that can solve this?
Thank you very much! :crying:
