Repairing a BA - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 Accessories

Hi,
My O2 XDA IIs have two small problems :
- The part including the screen isn't very well attached to the part which contains the battery,
- I don't know how to explain it but a kind of fine film present on the plastic layer covering the screen has gone. The screen and the touch screen are working perfectly and there is no cracks anywhere.

Is there a way to repair this 2 faults ?
Thanks a lot and continue your great work!
Tristan

Maybe you use lousy screen protector and take out will be like this .

Yes, you're right ... I used really expensive screen protector but when I retired it this fine layer goes out with the screen protector ...
Is there a way to buy this part (the protective plastic layer) somewhere or to take this thing off ?

You could try rubbing alcohol or something like that....
...just dont blame me if it goes wrong!

I removed the broken screen and i replaced exactly like this video
http://fr.youtube.com/watch?v=aN6cKRM2F1M
Now the LCD is 100% working but the phone is no more tactile
I wonder why... i think i've done all correctly.
If the LCD works, the thouchscreen should works too??! it is the same wire isn'it ?
Do you have any idea to fix it?
LCD work doesn't mean touchscreen should work. they are not same wire. look at the face of the LCD, there is a wire link to the back of the LCD, that wire is the touchscreen's wire, and then connected with mainboard by the flex cable of the LCD.
i guess there is two possible situation:
1.LCD is good but touch screen defect.
2.Some problem with mainboard.
According such situation, I guess 90% it's the touch screen has problem.

how the hell does dust get under screen

when I got it, there was none under it.. two weeks later, there's a speck of noticeable something (dust?) under the screen now. It wasn't there prior to this. how the hell does it get there?

any photos?
Through the open ports on any device. Headphone, charging port, etc. Some devices are built a bit more stuffed inside, so harder for dust to get very far inside. Others have a bit more wiggle room, so dust finds its way to the screen.

see that white speck that's not in line with those other dots that are part of the screen? that's it. that really sucks, because now it annoys the living hell out of me. why is HTC so bad with getting dust under the screen?!

[XP] Xperia P Puro Hard Case

Puro offers 3 different cases for Xperia P: 'Professional', 'Clear' and 'Case'. The 'Case' model, which I have got, costs around $10. Here are some photos.

The case is made of silicone, sits tight on the phone.
The camera collects dust easily, but that is a weakness of the phone model itself.
In this area the case is loose and vulnerable. They could leave the SIM slot hidden after all.
Buttons are hidden under the case, one must get used to the specific action of hidden buttons. The second step of the camera button is quite hard to feel, actually.
I like this case. It offers serious amount of protection and hides scratched black aluminum edges of the phone effectively.

[Review] Tempered Glass Screen Protector For Xiaomi Mi 9

I am generally horrible at applying screen protectors, I have been known to go through 4 or 5 before I apply one that is both aligned and without bubbles. This guided system was extremely easy to use, quick and produced the best results Ive ever done. Took me about 5 mins to apply with rigorous cleaning. Pro tip use the little bottles of fluid to remove the air pockets on the edges. instructions are a bit vague but pretty much squeeze the bottle applying the liquid along the edge between the glass protector and the screen. Wait a second then wipe away using a small amount of force. You also can send a free trial reuqest to [email protected] try to get new one as free .

I was looking for the one made of tempered glass which cover the whole thing but I don't know if it's going to effect the image quality by adding another layer of glass on top of the existing one meanwhile I think the one you shared should be only for esthetic reasons because it doesn't provide any protection to the lens itself
i prefer to just use a case that protects the camera when i place the phone down on a table. and just be careful. i don’t want anything affecting the image quality when i shoot photos. no filters on my real camera lenses either.
Maybe it can be interenting if there isnt glass in the cameras and its only a small glass part with the holes for the cameras.
I have this, been on my phone from day one.
