"Condom Covers" - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 Accessories

Hi
does anyone use "Condom Cover" or plastic cover for Blue Angel..I can't seem to get use to the leather ones cos it makes the phone bulky than it already is.
Does anyone know hwere you can get plastick cover from.
Thanks in advance.

hehe... I can find that "Silicone Condom" case for PH20B is available here, in Indonesia @ ITC Fatmawati... [Rp100k]...

How about a clear case, i can't find one too. There seems to be only two types of cases for the blue angel:
Metal Case
Leather Case.
I would be much better if there are more choices...

BEST Case for PDA2K/XDAIII ?
I'm having hard time deciding as to what would
be the best case for my PDA2K. The case that comes with it
is very uncofortable and hard to take the pda quickly out of it
when you have a call.
Up till now, I've found 4 cases that were designed
especially for the i-mate. I would have preferred an
aluminium hightech looking case as opposed to elegant leather
case which kinda 'hides' the gadget, but all I found was leather
cases. I also don't know what would be more confortable the flip
or the book style type.
speically built and suited for the PDA2K but there is'tas well, as my preferance i

Thanks guys
I had info from the export dept. at Pielframa that they will be previewing an alu case for the BlueAngel any time now.
I just ordered this
http://www.suntekstore.com/leather-case-o2-xda-iii-bi-folder.html
It's cheap and looks like the PDA clips into the case. No plastic over the keyboard either.
I'll post to let everyone one know how pleased I am with my purchase!
Any pouch type of cases available?

There is also this CASE
and THIS ONE
I just preordered this one:
http://www.innopocket.com/web/showProductDetail.asp?ID=126
outz,
When are you expecting your Innopocket case? I have a few questions:
1. Are the application buttons above the D-Pad accessible through the case? It looks like they will be hidden.
2. How is your WiFi reception? Talk is that WiFi in general with the Blue Angel isn't very good, but I'd think putting the device in a "metal box" will make it even worse.
Keep us posted.
Thanks!
I didn't think about the Aluminium case will block WiFi making the poor reception of the PDA2K even poorer (can it get worse than that? lol)
My guess is that an aluminium case may make the WiFi even poorer, I think I'll go a leather case as this seems to be the only viable choice.

That's what I'm thinking. I was hoping that Vaja (http://www.vajacases.com) would make a semi-rigid leather case for the Blue Angel as they did for the XDA II, but when I emailed their support group, I was told they will not be making a case for the Blue Angel at all.
Bummer...

Nice! I'm still waiting for mine.
I just received my innopocket aluminum case. It's great! custom cutouts for the blinking leds, 5-way pad, answer/hangup, speaker, mic, ir, camera button, record, volume, power button, headphones, reset, and even a slider to cover up/uncover the camera when you need it. You are able to flip the front door upwards and slide out the kboard when you need it.

Silicone Case Suggestion?

I have one right now... but it's a cheap one from Ebay. When I first bought it, it fit real nice and tight but now over a month or two it's getting loose and slides around a bit.
Anyone have any suggestions? I'm looking for the following:
1. It doesn't expose the metal part of the camera on the back cover.
2. Fits snug on the phone indefinitely (is this possible?).
... and if possible one that isn't really sticky.
Thanks!
Silicon case!
I was bought one silicon case on HTC STORE http://www.htcaccessorystore.com/uk/p_htc_item.aspx?i=176956 and is great. Cost 20$.
hi, i have a clear one of these, think i would buy the grey next time. its also a cheap ebay item. its very snug, not as flexible (which makes removal a bit of an effort) and nowhere near as sticky as some silicon cases.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Soft-Silicone...h=item110357833639&_trksid=p4634.c0.m14.l1262
hope this helps
Yeah i bought one of those that bl1nky recommended. The only thing i can say is that the fit around the bezel edge is not as good as other 'softer' silicon covers.
In my case particularly, the right hand edge is badly formed and seems to pull away from the HD bezel.
In addition i find that locating and using the power switch to be troublesome and it's this that i find most annoying.
My personal quest for the perfect case continues....
Thanks for the suggestions... I'm also in the search of a perfect case. You wouldn't think it would be this hard!
I am using this from boxwave. The fit is nice and not sticky. I went with the clear one.

They look the same from what I can tell in the pictures... but you never know on Ebay it could be a cheaper knock-off of the original. I don't know because I haven't purchased the one from Ebay. I will be getting mine today or tomorrow from Boxwave and I'll take some pics of it and stuff and update here.
Is it the non-transparent one with small camera hole? (I'm in the boarding shcool where ebay is locked) If so, it's good, but rather thick, good for protection, but will make your HD thicker (around 16mm). If not, just remove this post.

Ok so I got the case and have been using it for two days now. It is pretty damn nice actually. It fits well, not too tight and not too loose either. It's not sticky like the cheap Ebay one I have so I can easily slide it in and out of my pocket. I got the smoke color. It's clear and shiny so it suits the HD well. I like being able to see the phone through the case as well.
can try this silicon case from Capdase
CW any pics mate ??
i got the silicon case from ebay and its not a tight fit.come off very easily. am now on the hunt for another case. there is a case for the iphone which is a plastic case but a rubberised finish.

Metal Case now available for TD2

Hi everyone,
I'm overprotective of my devices, so once I saw this I bought it.
http://www.pdair.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=10100000_900000_11000630&products_id=17582
It comes in black or silver and with or without a transparent plastic protection over the screen.
nice case. but the thing i don't understand about these cases is that they do not protect the screen, so they are farily useless right ? I mean you can't chuck the phone in you bag with this case ?
There are 2 models of PDAir aluminum case: one with plastic protective screen, and another without the protective screen.
PDAir: How long does shipping take?
I have used pdair before - very fast service 6 working days from date of order to delivery in the uk - have had 2 cases in the past - both excellent
Thanks, i've just ordered this one:
http://www.pdair.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=10100000_900000_11000630&products_id=18869 (silicon case)
When someone gets his, can he please post his feedback? Is it comfortable in your pocket, is it metalic from the inside (hence may hurt the device), etc...

At the pictures the color seems to be sort of grey, but in reality it is darker. Looks and feels fine .

Tilt2 - Best fitting hard rubberized case

I've tried a couple different touchpro2 cases and they do not fit my tilt2. I only want a hard rubberized case, no hard plastic or silicon gel ones.
Anyone know of a case that actually properly fits the tilt2?
I wish they made an
otter box type for the Tilt 2 but with the sliding keyboard/screen that is not an option.

The different versions of the Rhodium have slightly different dimensions, slight enough that a case that fits one version perfectly does not fit another...so I started a tilt2 specific thread.

Not yet, was hoping for more feedback before I buy one. My tilt2 is all scratched up already anyways, HTC really cut corners on the case compared to the original tilt.

YES!!! I would love to hear your feedback if you get this case!!! That one looks alot like this one that I was also considering from: eforcity dot com (since I can't post links since I'm new...)
I was also considering this one: onlytouchpro2 dot com It doesn't specify tilt2 so this was a last resort one.

seems to work pretty good. The top cover dosen't snap on as tight as the bottom one but it's not falling off. I can put this in my old HTC Excalibur leather pouch if I remove the knob for the clip. It fits tight but it does fit. You can still get to the top row on the keyboard when the screen is tilted with this cover on.

dont worry about that, quality really good. cant be break easy, and feel nice when you hold it,smooth put on face.
I have the Smasung OEM case and it works beautifully....for me I think covering the screen is more important than covering the aluminium back. The first perceived issue with the OEM case "flap" is really not an issue at all as mine has never flapped open becuase of the way it is carried. In edition, it can be positioned in either landscape or portrait mode. It is a good idea to keep the rubber grip edge on the case clean so it continues to grip any surface. This device is such a beautiful design that I find the Samsung case compliments it very well.

TPU stands for Thermoplastic Polyurethane, it's a different material from silicone.
Generally firmer and has a more rigid structure.
