Is there a headset for the Wizard with buttons as Play/Stop - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario Accessories

I dont think it exists, but just wanna know for sure
Is there a (Bluetooth) headset for the Wizard with buttons like Play / Stop / Previous / Next to control Media Player completely from the headset?
So you don't have to take the Wizard out of your pocket every time you wanna skip a song when listening to music?
Or is the best I can find a Today Plug-in to control all this from the Today Screen?
If so, what plug-in should I use? I know SPB has a Today plug-in for WMP, but I can't use it because I don't use any SPB apps on my device.

I have a anycom bluetooth stereo headset and it has full control of the media player.

samsung headset bluetooth can do it
I have a samsung bluetooth headset SBH100 and it does it well. But before that i installed on my wizard the cab to enable A2DP using the procedure on prophet forum.
i think that it should also work for your set.

AVRCP and A2DP/Headset functionality (Stereo Support ???)

i just got off the phone with a support tech at iogear and was informed that any stereo headset requiring a2dp must support avrcp for switchability between calls and music.
in other words, my understanding is that AVRCP allows simultaneous use of HSP & A2DP profiles on stereo headsets.
my 1st response is can anyone verify this to be true?
next logical step if this is true...
do any stacks support this profile on the phones?
if the answers are yes and no respectively, can we create a project to work this out?
would love to hear input.
here's an afterthought, could this also be the missing link to get voice command working smoothly with stereo bt headsets?
present setup is with plantronics 590 and info in signature

I have the Anycom stereo headset and a Blue Angel with Bluetooth build 3900.
I just followed the instructions in this thread to get the high quality audio profile, then did the hack described in the fourth post of this thread to make the buttons on the headset work for Windows Media Player 10 (don't do this if you have WMP 9).
I can now:
connect A2DP and HSP profiles simultaneously, with perfect switching when a call comes in (music stops, then resumes after call)
control some functions with the headset buttons: answer a call, pause/resume the music and skip to next/previous track.
I can't: control voice command through the headset... unfortunately. Don't know if this is possible.
I hope this clarifies a couple of things. Good luck!

Motorola H3 with X01HT

Ok so I have a Motorola H3 headset and am trying to use it with my X01HT. I have it paired up and it brings it up as a hands free device. I have LSVW WM6(4/08) w/ new A2DP driver. Ok anyways, I could listen to music on the headset when it was paired with my Compaq H6315 yet it won't work with the X01HT. Does anyone know of a possible fix?
I have the same question that is X01HT support A2DP profile? I am preparing to buy a headset.
Well the thing is, if I push the button on my headset it opens the voice shortcut program, and if I have WMP in the background playing a song it will switch from speaker to headset for about 2 seconds and then go back to the speaker. This tells me it should be able to stream music to the headset.

X7500 WM6 and A2DP problem

Hi!
Yesterday I went through the upgrade of the official Dutch HTC Europe WM6 release. No problems there and WM6 works a charm.
The problem came to the light when I paired my Motorola HT820 A2DP headset. The music in the Windows Media Player plays well through A2DP, but only for a few seconds. After that it starts pausing every second. The same goes for all types of audio I play (video, TCPMP, etc).
Who can help? There was no problem using WM5 and a previous WM6 ROM (unofficial and WWE).
Thanks!!
Sounds like your sampling rates are off. Check this thread for info:

Search on Priority256_fix. That seems to be the final piece of the puzzle to fix the blue tooth problem.

Or search on Bluetooth Priority Fix.
Thanks for the tips.
Ofcourse there will be always another problem: my Motorola A2DP headset now fails to autoconnect (after being paired) to the X7500. Normally when I turn on the headset you will see a headphone/musictone icon in the top bar and hear the "connect sound" through the headset. This doesn't happen now. I need to soft reset first, and after that it will work again, for a few times.
Deleting the headset and pairing again works, but the autoconnecting stops working when I try again later.
Damn, what is it with the official WM6 and A2DP?

Hi, I still experience lags and pauses while using A2DP. With the registry tweak Priority256 it even gets a lot worse!!
Any more suggestions? I tried several headsets and even the Parrot Sound speaker set, but all of them are the same. So it's not the headset.
EDIT: I figured that it has something to do with the normal Bluetooth headset I use. I want to use the A2DP stereo headset simultaneously with the normal headset for phone calls. The A2DP headset only uses "Stereo audio" when connected, while the normal headset uses "Headset". This was no problem at all with all other devices I had and no problem as well on the X7500 running WM5. With WM6 things are different I guess.
A2DP WITHOUT the normal headset connected is no problem, like it should work. WITH the voice headset connected simultaneously, the lags come up, the prioriry fix makes no difference in this matter. And I'm stubborn, I want to have the voice headset to be connected at all times, the A2DP headset when I want to listen to music.
Any thoughts?

[Q] Media audio and BT Headset

Hi All.
I Have a Samsung S3 with Android Jelly Bean, and I am trying to pair it to a Sena SMH5 Motobike Headset to use my phone and listen to music on my S3, I can pair the phone OK but I cant listen to my Music through the headset. When paired and I open profile. The call Audio is ticked but the Media Audio is not. I have tried to tick this when connected and when just paired with no avail. Any Ideas.
It works fine on my HTC HD2, with a Duttys Cooked Win 6.5 Rom, but I dont use it any longer
Thanks and regards
