French version - iPAQ rw6828, XDA Atom Software Upgrading

Is it possible to update the rom in french version, and if not, is it possible to change the dictionnary used by "transcriber"? more, I only have acces on FM stations located in asia or australia, Can I do something?

change language on rom ?

Hi, I am come from Hong Kong and I would like to use CHT version of wm2003se, I saw the post on http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=16880
but none of them mention how to change to chinese encoding platform, anyone could point me on a guide or something that I could use ? Thanks guys.

Input chinese Problem

I flash the rom with this one ruu_star100_3.6.251.0_02.67.30_qtekeur_ship
And I like this rom
But I want to know is there a way that I can let it show the chinese character and input chinese
I don't want to flash to other roms

Did you find the solution? I do have a soft called asiareader which can be used for reading of Japanese and Korean (not always properly). Not sure if it can show also Chinese, but don't think there'll be a problem because it's showing kanji for me. However, you can NOT write in any of those languages - yeah, a reader.
I'll be also glad to find out how to type in Japanese and Korean on my Qtek 8500 (same ROM as yours), without flashing any asia ROM.

I do fix the problem with charlieluo's help.He sent me a cab file called EnableChinese.cab.After install this the English system can show chinese correctly.In order to input chinese I install a input program called A4.Now I enjoy it!
Install this 2 software that contain in de rar to yr program file....

I just updated to 2.1 yesterday and had one question:
Is there anyway I can set my location to a non-English country while keep the system language English? Currently I live in Hong Kong and here we use 8 digits phone number system while English(US) give us multiple "-" delimiters between digits.

You may want to try and use English (Singapore) / English (UK) for this.

Add languages on chinese Alpha SM-G8508S

Hi, i'm in France and i have a chinese phone who has only 3 languages (Chinese/Korea and English) installed on it.
I have rooted it and try with MoreLocale2 but no way, i can't add a country or language. I can't flash a Rom because there isn't available for worldwide.
Any ideas ?
