hello everyone i would like to update my tytn to i mate jasjam .how i have to upgrade it .do i flash it or we have to unlock it first and what program i need .i use to flash my kjam but this one it s different thanks for any help.

just run the exe, and follow the instructions if you get invalid vender id. no extra steps are required.

if you flash the imate rom, it contains the imate extrom and you'll have it in your device. Otherwise you'll need to use the unlocker. Be sure to read the wiki:

I Have always found the forum useful but never been a position to contribute; I maybe able to help; I have re-packaged the pool (and will shortly do the blackjack) I have removed the IMEI check within the setup. I have only tested the local play not online. Let me know if it has been of some use. Thanks again. You make great roms, but I cant upgrade my Neo Race with this new WM6 upgrade method. Many users have same problem, the rar witch is att. to the post is badly packed, the instructions are ok. But Neo just stuck at bootloader, I done the hardSPL upgrade.

I had something similar:
Well, I just flashed my IPL back to 2.10, then the original XDA-NEO Firmware 2.15.xxx (just to compare speed)
Then soft-SPL, after that Hard-SPL, then flashed ShadoW and - whoops... stuck at boot-time without any Radio-ROM. Flashed
Is your RadioROM gone or is it still there?
gone through HardSPL (if not already done so), Flashed Radio 2.19.21 (or any release (if it's missing), did a Hard-Reset (optional), went into bootloader and flashed ShadoW again and everything was fine. For MultiX it should be similar

Yes, I think. I'll try a Jestez AKU 2.2 --> HARD SPL --> Gullum's X Touch.
I think this new method isn't good like old one. Old was much more simple, I dont thing the new one is hard or anything like that but people have much more problems.

Someone brought this up in another one of your posts. Your post make it sound like HardSPL is available for StarTrek phones. I've searched and I'm not aware of HardSPL being available for StarTrek phones.

That's for the people who bought their phone on the Internet, getting a phone with a serial number for Canada, while they live in Germany. So they cannot load the German WM6.5 update from the HTC site, they can only get the English version.
My Diamond2 has a serial number for EasternEurope, but I need a SouthEastAsia ROM version.
It's as simple as that.
btw. all these ROM's are as well on BeeGee's Topaz File Mirror

I had this as well. I just stayed patient and got the ROM's later.
If you read the threads and use the search function, you will as well find a download source at HTCPedia. Just get a member (for free) and download the ROM's.

They have all the same ROM version number, protocoll number and radio version, so I guess they are all the same (and all from the same source)
