it is disabled, just built the rom with Disable Security Included

Unlocking is possible without any cost. The tools are part of my OSB kitchen but can be downloaded separately as well. The tool to get is called "lokiwiz" and it will remove CID and SIM lock for Typhoon, Hurricane and Tornado smartphones.
Q1. Is there any free solution to Rom updates without superCID for Oxygen?
Q2. Is there any free solution to SIM unlock this little device?
It does not have to be 100% free, i would consider to donate to one who can help me with this.

Free is not.....i saw a aplication to unlock sim on s310 but it cost 30$....

and i have imate jasjam and i wana unlock it to work with any sim and ifollow the steps to unlck with htc herems unlocking v3a and it succesfull but it still request the unlocking code and iask my friend and he thing that the the unlock file is on the EXTrom therefore icant unlock it any body can till me what that Extrom Mean and how can i unlck the phone by the awy i am from israel and ihave a cellcom Phone any body from israel can help me or he know how to open it

most likely your jasjam cannot be unlocked by free unlocker v3a. the unlock file is NOT on the extrom so dont worry about that.
the unlock is all in the radio. you will have to order a code (from me) or go to imei-check.co.uk

assuming you have an iMate Jasjam you should be able to unlock with the standard, FREE unlocker.
