Hi There
I have HTC TYTN and motorola SB5100 cable modem for internet
it has usb connector
so the question is how do I connect my HTC to ethernet hub via usb
If you are thinking of connecting the modem via USB cable into your phone.. that's not possible.
Only possible (expensive) way of doing it is to get yourself those wireless router+modem (Netgear, Linksys, etc)
Thank you for the bad news...

I would like to know if there is a way to connect my evo with the lan with cable.
Any adaptors or anything. (i am interested in using an wireless AP)
Thank you
No way to do that. One, there is no micro usb cable to cat5 that would work. And two, the phone doesnt have any drivers or interface to be able to use a cat5 connection.
is there any way to connect to internet through ethernet cable?? i have seen usb to ethernet cable on net ,,does s2 support this through otg ..??
I don't think so.
I've looked around and haven't found anything that seems to do what I am looking for.
I have a Nexus 4 and the lack of USB OTG is quite depressing, I want a Bluetooth hub to which I can connect a USB keyboard and mouse, I need the Slimport for HDMI out so I can use my phone like a computer with an HDMI cable.
Are there any products out there that connect to a phone via Bluetooth and have multiple USB port host functionality?

Did you find any Bluetooth USB hub? Can a WiFi USB hub solve your problem?

Is there any news about this topic? I want to use a bluetooth usb hub, too.
Hi,
Has anyone managed to successfully find a solution to give an hdmi out display from the note pro 12.2, at the same time as a usb port via otg cable.
What I essentially want to do is to have the note pro at my desk connected via hdmi to a monitor, and still be able to use usb devices such as pen drives etc. Is there any kind of cable combination that will allow for this? I've not been able to find anything.
Thanks
Duncan
I have these:
Usb 3.0 Hub:

Usb OTG (with connection for external charger, a must have if you're gonna power devices via USB)

USB A to microUSB adapter, this one is for the HDMI cable:

You should try all-share-cast or screen cast(via miracast/chromecast) for video and audio. That would do everything easier.
I have an Android car head unit (Eonon GA2168SR) which has no other connection than USB type-A. I tried making a male-a<->male-a cable but I can't get ADB to connect to the device but it works ok on wireless
Is it possible to make this kind of connection?
This is the head unit without the screen and the only USB connection on the case. There is no other micro usb or OTG connections.
