Hi guys,
After some hard time searching for a fully working HTC CommManager for our ATOM, i found nothing. More than often with useless button and non-working WLAN.
So after an advise by Jiggs, i decided to port it to our ATOM
This is an 8 button fully working CommManager with
1. Flight Mode
2. Phone
3. BlueTooth
4. WLAN
5. Beam
6. ActiveSync
7. Ringer
8. Internet Sharing
For different device need different key to work for the WIFI tab please use reg editor to do the changes as of below

The "CF8381PN1" work for our atom, however different device had different key.
However i found our key at
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WZCSVC\Parameters\Interfaces\CF8381PN1]
So you can try to find the key and insert it at the 1st reg i show you and hopes it work

Ckaidi thanks man the comm manager is great I am using it in my Atom Exec and every thing is working perfect even the Wlan is working without modification of the registry. But can u guide me how to replace it with my original communication manager. I want this to be in the settings / connections folder instead of Programs folder please.

ok this is the last version, as of right now, with this build i am putting it on the back burner until i have more time to fix the stupid audio manager problem. the first link is spl 3.5 the rom and the second link is spl 1.2 third link is the addons (to much to list) but i will say it does have the voice commander 2.5 pulled from diamond and i did test it and it seemed to work. so here you go enjoy and final of my new rom will be out in about two weeks

I like it WITHOUT the file manager. Good call. The standard file manager is a junk that never get used anyway. I use Resco File Explorere 2008, which allows you to scroll with fingers (like HTC TouchFlo with sound)..
I'm going to try this out for sure, and I think this could be IT.

Agree! I m so worry what I'm going to do if I can't find Total Commander ><! So far so good, Wifi working, Opera working, TCPMP working...with sound..

I use Pocket informant and the Blank Contact Issue is not in this rom using Pocket Informant in any dpi...But I did not try it with the Native Contact App.

I believe Irus's plan is to replace the Splash Screens. He created a thread asking for someone or many people to create splash screens for the Rom. So since no one has provided any yet and this is a beta rom, the splash's will be added later. You can also create and put in your own splash screens too. Below is his thread asking for Splash Screens.

This is Lite or Vanilla Rom, therefore no voice command application is included in the Rom. Which is good, since you can install the one you prefer. There are several cabs available for either Cyberon or Microsoft Voice Command available. Choose your preference, search and install the one you want.
This rom is fast. GPS lock real quick

only in 192dpi but not in 128 or 96. i ask pawel what files he use for it to work in 96 but he has not responded yet. im sure he is busy so when he gets a chance he will let me know

The problem is still there in 96dpi and 128dpi.
However, it is fine in 192dpi.

Already this that you explain to me.
I have installed the Cyberon and works all good… but when pressing the button of my Jabra 8010 does not take the program, I have tried with the Vito Dialer and either… there is no something in the registry that does not take the button from my bluetooth.
install AP4 Cyberon Voice Commander from AP4 Addons
Delete shortcuts created in Start Up Folder
Install Cyberon Voice Commander form Irus 6.1 addons
then it will work fine!

Great Rom + Manila is awesome but one problem for me not sure if this is supposed to happen maybe its just me but once you go to the weather tab touch flo just does a quick restart hence making weather tab pretty much unusuable other than this awesome work
nice work. i am liking the new manila a lot. i was using it in another rom too and its got more functionality that any of the previous versions. the new icons in programs are nice. it will be good when the manila becomes more stable. keep up the good work.

I'm sure there will some questions about the new manila2 and there are still some bugs out there. This thread ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=486471 ) will help you understand what is going on with this great project.

I have test it for an hour...
I must tell you that the only problem is with the Manila TP2.
But i have seen, that EnergyROM have solved most of the problem of the manila.
But his ROM not stable and easy to use as yours.
So, maybe you will take his Manila TP2 and cook it with your own ROM?

His Manila, fixes the Weather and Clock and many more...
I hope that will not offend you (and him...), it for the good will in progress!

Been messin with this ROM for a while now, eventually looking forward to making it my daily. Anyway, ignoring manilla sizing, I found one major bug. When setting an alarm by clicking on the flip clock, Tf3d restarts from scratch. Great work man take care!

Manila from tp2 does not have a programs tab. When the enlarge start menu package is used it makes the start menu the programs tab.

Thanks guys. If you want a more stable ROM try my main ROM found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=466438 It is exactly the same as this ROM minus the TP2, Enhanced Menus, and Enhanced notifications. If you are not happy with Manila from TP2 yet you can install what other features you do like.
I have most of the bugs worked out on this Manila build. I am sure it has been worked out in different versions but when I enable the programs tab and go to the programs tab, go to all programs it gets stuck there. If I go to start menu today, it is still on the all programs. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this? I know aruppenthal mentioned something like this in a few posts up so was wondering if disabling the enlarge start menu would fix this.
Also, I am not sure if I am going to release an update since I/we don't want the person working on the manila TP2 port to get upset or whatever. I did ask to use it but never got a reply back... Any thoughts on it?

I think it is awesome rom so far...you can fine tweak the other things and get ready for the release....I heard it might be out by the 19th if everything goes well for XBOXmd...however, if you put it out...I will play with it...lol...I enjoy it and learning from it...its your call chief...
The issue with the programs was happening in the other builds and thats why it was out for a little while i believe...I dont want to speculate what the problem was....If arrupenthal and NRG dont know maybe Dharvey, Showdaco or XBOX himself...sorry...

I load it an give it a try. My Feadback comes when it is installed.
I have it installed and it stuck at the Bootloader.
I have install it again and it was my Fault that it stuck at the Bootloader. It is an HTC Blue Angel Rom.

Hi There Thanks yes you do get a little skiping on second track, then it playes ok you can also turn your charmer off and media player keeps playing,

i think, i have found a bug. in the calendar there are no birthdays from outlook.
and i can´t create repeating appointments with ssbh calendar touch.
is the power use higher as under WM 6.1, or is this the homescreenplugin?
is it possible to make a ROM without office, how much memory becomes free?
if you are able to integrate Adobe Reader?

Hi there Thanks this is good feedback
power use taskmanager to close by tapping "x" and it will improve a bit but 6.5 doe's use more power but I haven't seen much difference may b mortPlayer?
Without office is easy about 1MB less I have CAB's for adobe and office
I also have PIE8 working now, skybox and widgets, facebook etc.
The rom is full in this build so more feedback with what you guys want, and don't want in the ROM and I'll check the boxes and build
I'll look at calendar and fix for next build
P.S. guys I don't use my charmer as a phone i only use it for mp3 player and navigetor so your feedback is needed
I'v seen plenty of downloads and not much feedback GUY's no feedback/No change so if you want it to change leave feedback

Is it possible to integrate Manila2D plugin? I used it in WM6.1 and I miss it in WM6.5. I don't like new today in WM6.5 so much.

It may be posible there's no reasion that I know of y it won't work I'm buisy porting 21501 at the moment but if you download this http://www.4shared.com/file/68339430/3462797e/BA_M2D_CE_OS_5220275__Build_20275133_V3.html
in the extrom folder you will find a M2D cab first disable chome in 6.5 then install cab, it's not the correct version for charmer but should work It will be slow don't worry test it and let me know if all works then i will fix a cab up 4 u

Hi there i have test programs installed, but if you save first image to your PC and open in any image editor you can zoom in and see the rom at clean boot

So I have tried M2D in WM6.5 and have to say it works perfectly and fast. It seems to be as fast as I have used it on WM6.1 also made by you

Hi! can i change splash screen of your rom to animated splash?
I'll answer. To get Anitmated screen you need HTC Animation like it is in my WM6.5. The other splash (The not animated one) will stay too and will be visible after the animated one. As much as I know you can't add HTC Animation after cooking (It never worked for me) but you can search for it and try your self. The animation is normally called Animation.gif .

Hi mate sorry been busy with other projects you can install animated start with my rom there are some cab files on the forum if you search you will find I don't add it I'd rather use the space for something usefull and the only time you'll see it is at first boot, I'v had this rom on my phone for 3 weeks now and I have not reset it once,

Description: ROM based on the last WM6.5. It has rhodium's manila, and I removed unuseful stuff (like volume control). The SMS/MMS button is modified to change the accent on the last letter while writing (e.g. if you have the word "perche" and you click the button, it will become "perchè"). From that mod the ROM takes the name. The screen is precalibrated (welcome disabled). If it isn't calibrated well for you, you only need to change it in the control panel. This is my first attempt for the touch pro...however...enjoy.

hehe well this is the first and it will not be perfect (as the first for athena was) but i hope i will release quality roms for this device too!

Hi michyprima,
great job! Thanks a lot for having developed a WM 6.5 version which let me use the sliding keyboard (I'm italian and the other ROMs don't recognize the numeric row).
A little question: why did you disable the "Windows default" today plugin? I would like to use it instead of the TF3D2 which is very cool but very heavy....
Well it is totally taken out from the rom. You should look for a cab for it.

I've just flashed this Rom yesterday. Works fine! I have a little problem on the contact tab. When I go to All People, and click it to start scrolling, sometimes it crashed, sometimes it hang. very fast Rom.

I've the same problem. Also, trying to launch the browser from the TF3D2 tab it doesn't work....
i've added a fix for the rom to the first post.
I removed opera to let you make your choice, for that the globe doesn't work. But you can remap the globe to IE or install opera
YouTube Error
When I click on youtube - I'm getting this error -"There is not enough free storage space to run YouTube. Maximum free storage space required is 8mb."
it works for me. have you at least 8mb of free storage as it tells you?
Fix cab
Fix cab for all people (Contact Tab) works fine. I soft reset my device & try youtube again, it works now. Thnx for the fix cab.
