Guys, does anyone have the cab files of the office mobile 2007 (or office mobile 6.1 as it says in the 'about' screen)? I would like to use mobiz 1.1i again, but at the same time I wish to use the new office apps, since these are compatible with Office 2007 PC version.

I just downladed the cab above and discovered it doesn't contain OneNote Mobile. Where can I get that?

It doesn't have the option to install to SD card though.
It did install form my SD card on a Samsung SGH-i780

As I own a T-Mobile branded MDA II I also got the T-Mobile theme & dialer skin.
In reverted the theme to the default Windows Mobile theme as I like that one better.
Is there also a Windows Mobile dialer skin available (incl. dll's with key-pressed shades)??

Go to www.yorch.net and download the XDA Skin Chooser, this includes the Windows Mobile 2003 skin!!! More easy
AND/OR visit my site http://www.howardshortt.com which has lots of nice skins for you to choose from and an easy (no reset) way to change them immediately!

Gents, thanks for the suggestions, but HOW do I install these dialer skins?
The XDA Skinchooser app wont work due to a missing VB for Windows CE runtime (no, I did not see a question related to this that gave me the possibility to answer 'Yes, All' as mentioned in the readme).
Any other clues?
BTW: My device is a MDA II, so its a Windows Mobile 2003 PE!!!
OK, Think I found it. Downloading the embedded Vb runtime from M$ . . .
Ok The XDA Skin Chooser works.
I also managed to make a backup of the T-Mobile skin gifs so I can re-install it.
What still matters me is that the key-pressed immages remain the T-Mobile (pinkish) ones.
I read something on the subject that these are in a certain dll.
Are there any dll's available to overcome this 'feature'?

Tadzio has a couple of replacement DLLS that you can use. You need to put these into your windows folder and then edit the Registry. Details are on the site listed above.

Solved; tapres.dll was on the device as well (as is the T-Mobile tapres1.dll)
Does anyone have a CAB of Windows Live that works with WM6.1? I really like 6.1 but I need to be able to sync my hotmail. The CAB I have that works with 6.0 installs on 6.1, but doesn't do anything when it is launched under 6.1.
I would be interested to understand why both 6.1 ROMs have removed Windows Live from the builds. Is there an inherent incompatibility?

At least in the german version I got some reports, that office mobile is not working correctly with 3.14.
There are some problems with saving in Excel and setting the view.
I noticed that I'm not able to mark eMails anymore for further notice in Outlook.
Is anyone knowing anything about this? I'm using Artemis which seems to have the same problems like the original Stock Rom.

I've also read in other forums, that this is not even a problem of Office Mobile 2010, it's also a problem with 2007 version. But the older version at least will save the changes which you had made when you closing the sheet (the 2010 version are also able to save, but you need open the menu and select save manually). In both version you are not able to change the view.
It seems, that this effect appeared in all german roms for T-Mob, Vodafone, O2 and possible also in other german roms. Yeah, wait and see...at the moment I've not heard about any solution.....or switch back to 1.66/1.72 ROM.....

Did you use a german ROM ?
Because I've heard (and meantime seen by friends), that is mostly a problem of the german ROMs.
No problems to report here. Using the O2 UK 3.14 ROM and updated to Office 2010 via Marketplace before launching.

I looked at their web site. It looks like an interesting product. There is no link for purchasing/downloading Polaris Office for Android on their web site and I can not find it in Google's Play Store. I do not believe Polaris Office is truly available for Android yet; it looks to be available only for iOS.

I see it on galaxy not 10.1 with my brother
I saw this app once on samsungapp store. Its stock app from eg samsung galaxy sIII. Found thread about it on xda. Forget about downloading it not purchased cause its paid app about 12dollars to iOS. I suggest to contact debeloper via email and ask for support to having it fully functionall. Btw Why do you try other simillar app like - I have Kingsoft office and not complaining.
