Yes It changes the first 2 screens when the IPL SPL is displayed

i uninstalled it and ran the cab again and now it work beautiful. Also I noticed that the Weather will only update when i connect to wifi. But it look beautiful!

I'm making progress I finaly got it to load but it's not working right yet I got it working once and it's dam cool no more Stylus to change settings

nice to hear,you're working on the new camera.... Keep an eye on the battery drain mate,because there were reports in the past,that after the installation of Camera 4.03,the battery lasted 1- day...even with the camera app closed....
Why do you want the HTC Home Plugin?
After I installed the HTC home Plugin in my s200...I found that my device went slowly....

when instaling cabfiles your phone will be slower but if these HTC stuff are coocked into the rom as OEM packages then it's not slowed down

Try extracting with winrar. Worked like a charm for me.
Camera is working
The camera is now working. All functions are working but it's realy slow. it takes about 5 minuts to start and same with changing profile. but when a profile is loaded is realy good and working like it should as long as you don't change profile.
So my first goal is acomplished, now I have to get it stable and faster.
Camera is now working 100% and ready for beta testing
I will open a new thread for the testing

Can u plz upload again "HTC_Audio_Manager_Today_Plugin.cab" again, i can't download it. Download stops after downloading 261kb data.
Why not just use PDAViet's 4.0.0.4 or wait until his 4.0.0.5 Touch? It works, and god knows its faster than just installing it.

rotate screen according to arrow (wipe screen left to right to rotate screen anticlockwise and then down to up for rotating it back) more changes in config file in ftouchflo folder please do not kill this application instead if you want to disable this feature then simply remove ftouchflo.lnk file from /windows/startup folder to some other folder untill you want it again and manual start will commence.

for now you can delete ftouchflo.lnk file from /windows/startup folder and use minimal pluings specially avoid battery status i think it uses more cycles to keep a battery check if it wont work out then uninsstall battery status from remove programs.

i installed the cab to main memory but i have a problem,
i reset my device and it got freeze at today screen, i have to reset it about 5 times to make it run, once it runed it was very slow, and when i open the phone dialer it was screwed, Number were removed, so i open memmaid and went to running process and killed phoneservices, and then my device was fast again, but the phone dialer was still screwed, i uninstalled the cab and reseted it, and then my device got normal ( fast and phone dialer ok)
i am running gullum XB, is there a tweak needed to make this cab run?
The latest update is basically the same as the previous ones, but repackaged, and with some tweaks/updates.
65MB of storage is now available on a G4 with MMS! The new version also includes some updated apps from the Opal/Jade (Network Wizard etc).
The latest version is now packaged as a single exe. Run it, and select which kind of device you have (and whether to perform JumpSPL) and follow the RUU.
I've just finished off the first of a few 20270 Build ROMs.
They are based on the S4V 20270 ROM.

Have you checked "Receive all incoming beams", and turned on Beam in the comm manager?
Yes i'd already done both . but no success .
i remember seeing a IR fix round here but i dont know if it would work...
ps. i had installed sktools lite and then removed but shorcuts remain , how do i find and delete them? where are shortcuts located?

I like the windows logo, but not the green screen
first splash when very beginning of boot where it normally says "htc innovation" and second is for the screen that shows spl version etc and finally third is for os boot screen

Here is the Phone Canvas taken directly from HTC Mega.
Warning/Notes :
Uninstall any previously installed phone canvas cabs.
Dialer supports only portrait mode. As of now, no landscape support!
If phone canva is already cooked into the ROM, then there are possibilities to fail the work of phone canvas, better to tell your ROM creator/developer to upgrade the phone canvas.
As I have tested in WinMo 6.5 also, the phone canvas doesn't conflict with lockscreen since the old phone canvas was but I'm NOT SURE that it will be same on your device too.
Can be used on both, WinMo 6.1 and 6.5.
Please make backup before installing and I'm not responsible if something goes wrong.
The dialer is only for GSM device(s). Don't use on/for CDMA device(s)
The dialer is only 2G supported. No support for 3G!
The dialer is only made for QVGA devices with screen size of 240 X 320.
Packed directly from HTC Mega oems which was provided by da_g.
Problem installing cab? OK no worries, try stopping the process "cprog.exe" with FdcSoft Task Manager. Ones the process stops, install the cab.

it works and everithing but when somebody calls the slide to answer or ignore takes over the lock answer or ignore so its basiclly the same thing...as the old version.. just diferent color..brown..
Cracing I need your help. I don't know what I'm doing. I installed this last night from the HTC Mega pack. It caused a few problems on my phone so I'm trying to uninstall. However it won't uninstall. Do you know where I can go into registry and uninstall this completely? Thanks for your help.

Well, thats the worried thing.
There are some 3rd party app to uninstall the installed cab but I don't know exactly.

cant uninstall either.. sincei ts the same thing ... takes over wm 6.5 lock when answering which sucks...still
Is this a official app or one that someone has modded it. I installed this and it all works fine then i get a call up pops the screen with the buttons locked and two silly buttons on the front which seem to defeat the whole point of having the lock as these keys touch the side of my face and the call ended
see the pic below when on out going call there are two buttons on the lock sliding panel one is end call the other keypad why

that is indeed an official dialer, the latest from HTC, and yes is silly to have the two buttons on-screen while locked LOL

How is this working with a 6.5 custom task bar?
First post here and hope to contribute.. here is a new today interface from the MOTO SURF A3100 which is a windows mobile qvga device . This today UI is the new version of the original moto homescreen that are usually seen. Here is a cab to get this great today interface on any qvga touchscreen. Has been test on the A3100 and also the diamond 2 even though its not qvga..so try it out and let me know on what devices this works well with.
*instructions*
Install cab on device and your good to go .if installed on sd card it will crash if you have it plugged into mass storaged. but do so if you like.. just as long as you dont use mass storage. plz let me know your feedback.
screen shots are attached.features: tabs that you can slide through like the Touch diamond and you can customize the order or remove tabs. Has a drop down menu where you can can add fav apps on there.o ya forgot to mention about incoming text, or a missed call... pretty much any notification is showed on the top of the bar. You should be able to show clock and calendar by going to settings from the drop down menu and scroll all the way down and you can turn them on
enjoy btw it not in chinese it works with any language your device uses. THX TO DIOXDA FOR UPDATING AND FIXING RSS

also I and the rest of MOTO surf a3100 users need you guys help. We are in desperate need of an english rom wich motorola has not released, just chinese roms are available. Successfully tested on HTC Diamond. The only trouble that appears to be, is when you go into de built in photo viewer, then exit and the bottom bar is resized to 240*320, which is the original resolution of the app, (it appears blurred on Diamond´s 640*480 screen)
Anyways it is running very smooth, great release!!

i think you can install it on the external memory but not sure if it will be very buggy.. i've done that and it gave me a few problems. for best performance i would say install on device

not storage memory, but program memory (RAM)
Could some one attach the cab in the forums please?

1. It will consume around 5 to 6 MB storage memory…
2. It eats up around 6 to 7 MB program memory ….
3. It takes about 55 seconds to load @ the first time .................
4. Tested on my Prophet wwe 20755 M2D wm6.1 rom,

i tried it, and for me it is not so much customizable (skin, icons, global look) so I decided to uninstall it, but I am not able to find it in my installed pgms, so it seems I will have to make a HR and use my last backup...
you can deleted it by going into program files and delete the motosurf folder. but make sure you dont have the moto home screen as your today plugin.

My bad on previous upload, it was the test version which had Bootlauncher all messed up.
Uploaded the correct one. (third one's a charm, right?)
This is basically an Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM for Iolite with the most HTC Mega packages, but now fully corrected, regarding all known issues including Bluetooth, Wifi, Camera and Album issues.

This is much similiar to the ROM i made available here, but now fully fixed with some addons, therefore, deserving a different thread.

Known bugs:
MSTag not working;
"Finger-mouse" does not exist for build 23016, so don't ask.
This ROM has the most HTC Mega's packages in it. However, there were some of them that either had to be completely removed or replaced by Iolite ones in order to work properly.
Had to add some Iolite packages aswell, 'cause HTC Mega doesn't have some of the Iolite's features (like the scroll navigation button) and therefore some Iolite packages were required to be included.

This ROM doesn't start in my iolite. It flashed ok but then after auto reseting it stuck at the installation process. I soft reset it and it began installing in a strange way... flashing between bootscreen and window installation srceen. After insallation process it stuck at the boot screen. I reflashed it but the same story.
same problem as post above my friend will go back to your last one

thanks mate i'll try the new one, keep up the good work one other thing I couldnt get microsoft voice control to load on the last rom ( not enough permission ) or something like that any chance you could check it out. but may work on latest build i'll give it a go and report back.
also 3g covrerage in my area is terrible, want to switch back to 2g i've searched and searched but everything i've tried so far does'nt work can you suggest anthing that would work please

it's a very good job .... but I found that in File Explorer the touch screen not work if i use the pen ... you know why? and the bluetooth still not work
one more bug. if i leave the phone in standby or press the power butom ... the phone is restart

Try holding the pen down a little longer... Some delay seems to occur under File Explorer...
This occurs 'cause I had to implement some Iolite packages and sometimes they conflict with each other, thus resulting in small touch delays under some menus.
As for Bluetooth, it's working. The icon doesn't show up, but you can turn Bluetooth on and off at Connections and sync it with other devices.

bluetooth don't work from comm manager (can't turn on bluetooth) but working from settings>bluetooth.and also car kit mode opens navi panel but don't open bluetooth automatically
also wi-fi not working from comm manager but i used g77 wifi fix and now it's working.grrrrrrreat job.i'll keep testing and keep you updated.

Regarding Bluetooth not working from Comm Manager, I cannot fix that.
Regarding Bluetooth not starting once you go Car Kit Mode, Bluetooth starts, it's just the icon that doesn't show up.
Regarding Wi-fi, once more I thank g77 for his work. Great man. Had to be "tuga"...
