Although the Final Version of this ROM was released few days back, many of us reflashed our ROM and returned to the evaluation/beta version because of the SMS issue on the final version of AKU3.3.3. So far this is the stable ROM, bug free in all releases.

jeffkewin attached in this forum an edited FINAL ROM from our gEnius JIGGS ROM. TRy to Evaluate. Looking fine for me. He also solved the camera issue and add some more 3rd party software which seems looks good. Just try!

Just for Testing and Evaluation Purpose.
I have just finished porting and correcting the error of the WM5 AKU 3.3 from genius Jiggs to final to AKU 3.3 F.
Revision to AKU 3.3F - Final
1) Internet Sharing, PAN and USB Modem link is working (not tested)
2) SMS & MMS is working
3) Camera flickering is resolved in my previous edited
4) Removed most of the O2 ***pid screen like Windows Media skn, etc..
5) Battery life same as AKU 3.3.3
6) Addition program in the 'System' Folder
The battery life is excellent with HTC Home, HTC PhonePad and Dialer, installed. only 4% lost for 8-9 hours of standby. I make a 2 minutes phone call and lost about 1-2% of battery life. My backlight is put to level 2, and when i was in a call, i off my screen That why I am able to get this performance..
Extend Rom:
1) HTC Plugin (edited the plugin to add in all the shortcut base on my favourites, and remove touch function, hee hee hee )
2) HTC Dialpad and SmartDial
3) Remove spbgprs (not working)
4) Remove SMSbackup (duplicate as it already existed)
Click Yes (AutoInstall) to install those plugin, kindly Installed to Device for better performance for the HTC Plugin, HTC Dialpad, HTC Intellipad.
If you planning to install SPB Mobile suite, SPB Phone Suite, related phone feature. Please do not install HTC Plugin or HTC Dialpad & SmartDial. As you got too many mobile features in your mobile, it might cause instability.
Please download the AKU3.3addon.cab attachment cab for the updated.
1) Updated is for the background of the phone
2) HTC Intellipad
Bugs issue:
1. Wifi button on the Wireless Manager sometime work but sometimes do not work. I guess it is because of some drivers issue or incompatible with the Wireless Manager. Tried to stick back to wrlsmgr to on the wifi or else goto the Settings, under connections, Wi-fi Utility. (ignore the turn on and off button, as this is a known issue)
2. Those who set password to the sim, i had change the background with some strange color if you have not install the HTC DialPad.
3. HTC dialpad might cause contact to load abit slowly, but it should not be a problem as the OS is using a 8 meg pool memory.
This Rom is done by Jiggs... I gain no credit for this. But it does really take my many hours of lossless sleep and I forgotten how many times i flash my devices.

after a day , i can evaluate the battery life...but i dont think its the ROM effect the battery..its the atom itself....
I forget to add PAN inside into it.
Uploading .. have to go back to sleep .. from morning 9 a.m. until now .. 10 p.m. .. flashing my atom in and out .

what is PAN
Done.. Update the link.. go to the first page
Update the Media Player Skin .. also included PAN for Bluetooth. In the Today panel, update new Theme. I am using Vista theme, that suit so nice with my Media Player

what is the PAN for bluetooth?
it is a bluetooth PAN, Personal Area Network. PANs can be used for communication among the personal devices themselves (intrapersonal communication), or for connecting to a higher level network and the Internet (an uplink).

That's what I wonder too, also it would be great to know how it works on 6.1, I've read a few posts in other forums and it seems it runs fine on 6.1 but why have microsoft blocked it for 6.1 and only given 6.5 users the option to download it... There must be a reason behind it...
I'll give it a whirl on install on a 6.1 emulator.

It didn't change anything with Outlook at all. Just installed 2010 versions of Word, Excel, oneNote and PPT, as well as Sharepoint Workspace Mobile (which doesn't launch for me).
can this be installed in Storage Card? or is it better to install it in main memory?

No it's not mandatory to install on the phone memory.

What is Share Point Workspace? Clicking on it does not open anything for me.
OEM made but toolbar icons gone
Just cooked my first ROM with neokit and used ervius package creator to make OEMs.. If I install Office 2010 from a cab all is fine (except sharepoint doesnt open, no change to outlook, but word, excel and powerpoint work fine), my problem is if I make it an OEM, Neokit tells me there is a problem with GDIplus.dll and mcf.dll because they're folders.. so I went to the folders and manually added the 2 files and removed them from the OEM, now it imports fine into Neokit.. but after flashing, there are no icons on the toolbars in Word etc, the toolbar is there and items are selectable but the icons are completely blank.. What am I doing wrong? Im new to cooking.. perhaps someone can upload their OEM in English for me to try please
Edit: Solved it.. I think the problem was my kitchen was having trouble replacing the old GDIplus.dll and mcf.dll files but I think I removed some other files accidentally also the first time
I can`t install in the external memory from my diamond the programm only wanna install into the main memory someone know why this is happen?
It appears that the new Powerpoint and Sharepoint are not compatible with WM6.1 - 'not a valid PocketPC application'. Excel and Word are running fine...
I ran dependency walker and it seems GPSVC.dll and IESHIMS.dll are missing from my ROM so that may be why Powerpoint and Sharepoint do not work.

I still prefer the old Bing/Live Search layout and configuration.
Movie times used to be so easy to browse, with the new style it does a bing search instead of getting the data from a provider. I think MS decided to cheap out. It's now basically useless in my books.

Using it on my Tmobile HD2 with Energy Rom. Working fine. I was using the previous version too and can't tell if there's any change. Wish it had a functional version of voice SMS like Microsoft TellMe.

Downloaded the latest directly from MS and installed on my Diamond/CDMA and it seems to be working fine. The one I used is a bit larger than the one a few posts up, so I've attached it for convenience.

Yeah, but isn't the Diamond WM 6.1?
I tested it on 6.1, but don't see why i won't work upwards, maybe the two are different versions indeed for different OS.
Mine worked on VGA TouchPro WM 6.1
i cant save 'gps tracking.' it remains unchecked everytime i check the settings. therefore gps is unable to locate me. this pop up always shows everytime i attempt to locate my position, "allow bing to access and store your location to improve searching and for navigation?" it doesnt matter if i chose ok or cancel because there are no change in results regardless. google maps is working fine for me so im sure its not a gps issue from my phone.

Hi i just tryed your cab and it does install.
On my phone i now have 2 folder for office
one which has word mobile,onenote,excel,powerpoint (which i think is 2007 came with room)
the other is called office mobile 2010 and has word,powerpoint and exel mobile in it
all the programs from both folder work however im unable to tell if its both version or just one (sorry to new to niki)
I am able to save and all the other stuff i would expected from office.
Im using d-trains 345-23114-3G at the moment.

Yes, i ask a lot of questions, but i don't want to crash my phone (important for my work)...
Works OK, on my phone. But is has only Word, Excel, Powepoint. It installed everything in a new folder and kept old 2007.
powerpoint is not working on my windows mobile 6 pda, word and excel perfectly working.

Tried on Hermes (Pays Rom wm6.1).
Word and Excel are good. I can open and modify and save files.
Powerpoint doesn't run >> ppt is not a valid ppc app.
Onenote stays old version by the About page.
It seems Outlook stays old version too.
After unstalling all part of wm 6.1 office are OK again.
