since the screen on the Athena is VGA, and the Touch is QVGA... I fancy this will range from problematic to impossible

Have you tried this on your ameo?
Tried it...no VGA files though...
I tried both the kaiser plug-ins and other files as well as the rltoday option. The Kaiser files actually look very promising indeed and actually work...but I found no VGA files and QVGA obviously had it's issues..being thw wrong size and everything.
If someone could convert the relevant files.......it would be a sweet alternative to Spb Mobile shell and looks beautiful indeed.

Just FYI- you'll have the same slight issue as the Hermes/Wizard users;
the screen isn't beveled to accommodate the swipe, as the Kaiser/Elf is.

I tried this on my x7500/Advantage but it doesn't seem to be optimized. It's laggy and you really notice it when going between "tabs". Anyone else have better results? If so, this skin can be expanded to do some nice things but if it's laggy I can't use it. Will just get annoying.

Anyone have this as a standalone cab? I believe current version is at least 6.0.14, maybe higher.
I know that it is in NUEs Rom but I am happy with DCD and would love to test it on 3.2.6.

That's because the cab appears to be the version of Pocket IE that ships with Windows Mobile 6.1 and not Pocket IE 6.

Seems that this would be something worth sharing if it were out there. I believe that there is an OEM but I can't find it.
Can I assume no one has PIE 6 (Not 6.1 PIE)?
Oh, it's out there. It's in NueROM-m 201 and in the ROM by GaMedic. Lots of folk are really happy with it. Personally, I find it to be very slow compared to PIE.

The "day of the week" (mine reads Sunday) on the bottom is really large and is taking up most of the bottom screen on the home page. I have a VGA touch pro.

yeah i just realized that when i posted the question thxs though lol. I get the day of the week at the bottom of the screen very large as well. Very nice improvement and cant wait for futher versions.

Not in options.txt but in settings.dat.
Options.txt is an explanation of all settings.

Hello if anybody can help I have a htc titan 6800 with wm 6.1 and when I open it all I see is a clock and program bar I can click on them and it will open. How do I get to the setting to adjust it to fit thanks very much.

I installed NETCF3.5, because original/stock rom is CF2.5.
But the program is really lagging, and screen looks really tiny as if the program does not support WVGA(480x800).

Wow that chick is skinny. The app works great. Might put a strain on the servers come Sunday, since it supports multiple carriers. But I could be wrong.

the version # is 1.1.41.0.106
So the issue is the flash file. Anytime this is added to the cab it fails to install. I've got a cab working for at least the basics but I am unsure how the lack of a flash file will affect things (probably won't know until Sunday when games are being played.
I'm still playing to see if I can get everything to install before I post something.

What do you mean? If you mean HSPL yes there is, but if you ask about Sence 2.5 you will never see one.

Do you happen to know how that one is different from the current version? I like using touchflo and I've been paying attention to the 2.5 discussions that took place here because I find that version really useful. I would like to have something similar, not so much for the animations(I think that's why that version requires 3d accelerator), but for the shortcuts on the home tab that appear after you flick the watch. I also like the calendar tab. And I think those features could be somehow ported to the mega existing manilla because it seems only logical to me that they don't need aditional graphical processing power. What do you think?

when i got my stock orange rommed tg01 it can with an edited stripe menu i thought a flash may have the tosh origonal one but i havent fount it yet
so after an xda and google search any chance of a cab

im pretty sure orange changed even the toshiba menu so unless they were bought from yosh directly i dont think anyone has seen the real abikity of he menu.

i am also interested. On the stock winmo 6.1 it had 3d effects but in the 6.5 update toshiba removed effects becsuse they thought customers wont use it anymore.

Sorry i do not know where to get the ROM from i bought my device with 6.5 already pre-installed. All i know of these 3D effects are from another thread and at MWC's .It isnt on the Toshiba Website aswell. Sorry i cant help you there. Perhaps some others who bought the device before 6.5 may provide a dump of the rom?
yeah i thought there was a diffewrence
in the 6.1 the three stripes moves individually like opening three doors at the same times and then in the 6.5 they turned like three doors attached as one opening

I feel upset...Toshiba's strips was considered worldwide as one of the worst apps in the ppc's history. Even Toshiba included the SPB Shell because most of users didn't use that horrible launcher...
Anyway, as said, one man's meat is another man's poison....
