I flashed wizard from t-mobile with latest htc wizard rom wm6.
I dind get the message , that the phone was flashed for 35 min. Then i sisconnected USB cable and reconnect again and get message : flashed etc.
Then i made:
* 1 - Holding "Voice Dial" + "Wireless Manager" while short pressing the "reset" button
* 2 - Hold the 2 buttons until you see the screen telling you to press send button to hard reset.
* 3 - Press "send/dial" button to hard reset
Everithing goes well and then the phone started, i see t-mobile screen wuth ipl/spl, gsm and OS information.
ipl/2.21.0001
OS 10.4.0.811
and here i hung. This screen wont dissaper and wont load OS.

Does anyone know how to unbrick a HERM200 (TyTN) device?
After installing some programs i wanted to install Resco Explorer and then suddenly my device disconnected from my laptop i thought no big deal but the whole touchscreen is numb also none of the buttons on the TyTN are working. When i reboot the device i get the PIN screen i can enter the code also but is stays there and sometimes it skip's the PIN screen and goes directly to the Today screen but still the touchscreen and buttons are numb no response at all.
I can get in to boatloader by pressing left OK + power + reset.
But if i want to "re-flash" my device i goes into a reboot a the time de program is verifing my PDA.
Does anyone know what to do here?
OS = Black 2.5
Radio = 1.41.00.10
SPL = HardSPLv6 1.40 Olipro
Recently installed programs at the time of bricking the device are:
VITO Remote 4.1
VITO SoundExplorer
VITO Oscilloscope
then tried to install Resco Explorer 2005 and that was were the **** has hit the fan.
I would try a hard reset. If that doesn't help there is a sticky thread at the top of this section that is all about bricked devices (yours isn't really bricked, you are just having issues) that you can read through. Since you just installed Black 2.5 that thread would be the best place to discuss your issue.

Hard reset: Press and hold the Left SOFT KEY and Right SOFT KEY, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device. You will be presented with a menu saying 'press R to reset, X to exit', if you press R Your device will be set back to factory default settings.
(The L/R soft keys are the "--" keys just up the start and OK buttons)
Now hope it works for me.

Hi..I am unable to switch on my o2 xda stealth. This happened after the battery was fully exhusted. After that I fully charged the battery and now it is showing green. But still I cannot switch on this.
Anyone having the same experience and any solutions for this.
I tried to soft reset, and hard reset ( flag + ok + power button )..but none of these are working.
I would be really glad if someone helps me in this regard

Hi, i'd like to share a tips to HARD RESET O2 Stealth.
Days ago, i just bough a Stealth since my O2 IIi bricked (not by software/hardware accident), but my toddlers (daughter and son) likes to play my O2 IIi like a bumpy toy and throwed it to the wall and floor like a toy car/doll (i love my children more than my O2 IIi
its a new challenge for me to play with it, and started to browse xda-developers to find any upgrade (but unfortunately i still cant find it.. anyone found an OS upgrade for Stealth?)
And googled some tricks for this stealth, and for Hard Reset i found many different instructions (d**n), and its make me confuse and failed to hard reset this device.
then, just by trial error i found the right steps to hard reset my O2 Stealth.

Hold down the power key until you see 'goodbye'.
Hold down windows & OK keys and the press power key....keep all three keys pressed down till you see 'welcome'.
Wait for the process to begin...don't panic if you see any clcourful screens.
Just follw the instructions like screen align etc ....and Voila..DONE.

If you cant hard reset then try the engineering mode

The device doesn't boot, I see only O2 logo. Hard reset doesn't help and the Firmware update process stops with the first message?
1. turn off the device;
2. enter engineering mode;
3. in Main menu choose Boot Config;
4. in Configuration menu choose EBOOT-Launch Image;
5. turn off the device;
6. now hard reset or upgrade firmware.
Sometimes helps another method: leave the device without the battery for about 30 minutes, then turn your O2 XDA Stealth on.
• How to enter engineering mode?
1. turn off your O2 XDA Stealth ;
2. hold Flag, OK and Camera + press and hold Power button;
3. use navigation buttons to select the settings.

I installed today the WM 6.5 23409 (found here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=500021).
Everything went right, during 2 hours, until it froze. So I decided to reboot it, and now it's frozen on the "Smart mobility" screen.
It just displays the red text (M04, B04, R 1.65.28.25, G 25.98.40.07H, D 2.09) and nothing else happens. I tried to install a new version, but the NIKI is not detected anymore on the usb cable...
I think i screwd up and i really don't know how to fix it !!

Perform a hard reset
To perform a hard reset on a device that is not responding to input or not booting to Windows, first remove the back cover of the device. Hold the "call" and "end call" keys on the front of the device and reset the device by sticking the stylus into the small hole to the left side of the USB port. The device will ask for confirmation. To confirm, press the "Enter" key on the keypad. On some devices you need to press the "Action" key instead of "Enter".
The device will reboot and be reset to factory settings.
Thank you for your help. It happened exactly what you said, I had to confirm by pressing the ENTER key, but the NIKI stops exactly at the same moment.
OK, I found the solution.
I did a hard reboot by pressing the start button + camera button + reset with stylus. It boots on the hard SPL and is recognized by PC via usb.
I installed the Light version of WM 6.5 23409 and until now, it seems to work perfectly
You didn't make a hard reset but you just enterd the bootloader (you don't need the styles for that, just start-button and camera-button is ok). but I'm glad you've solved your problem. Have fun with your Niki

WHEN I DID THE SOFT RESET MY DEVICE GOT STUCK ON THE "TOUCH PRO SCREEN WITH Rom/Radio... info at the bottom.
I've tried several different things to try and make it work.
1. took out the battery and restart.
2. take out the memory card (where i installed) then baterry and restart
3. tried to connect to laptop (nothing)
notes: power button doesn't do anything
when i call my phone the LED light flickers for incoming call,
but, cannot answer.

NEW MESSAGE POPPED UP: the device is unable to boot beacuse either you have turned off the device incorrectly or tried to install an application from an untrusted source. press the volume up to reset your device or press any other button to cancel. this operation will delete all your personal data and restore the device to its factory settings.
You have to hard reset the device, like the message stated. If that doesn't do the trick, boot it in tricolor mode and reflash the ROM.

what I'm getting when try Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037/or relocker is "error 262 communication error" after it hangs at 0%. I'm using vista 64 and i am using the same cable and port that was used to unlock the phone flash it a second time successfully but not the third so i dont think it's the cable. If i try to load from sd card just hangs at 0%. I have tried the following:

Although it say's usb on phone and they do seem to start to sync when i first plug in the phone using the usb my mobile sync center does not recognize the phone nor can i access any of the files because it's not on my list under comp. So this is what a brick looks like.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

You may need to reset your device. Reset (or normal) software on your device deletes all active program memory and close all active programs. This can be useful when your device is running slower than normal, or programs that are not performing well. Soft reset is required after installation of some programs. If a soft reset when the program is running, unsaved work
will be lost.

I have tried the hard reset also but with no luck. I think the op system is corrupt. Even from the SD card it just hangs at 0% they all do. I am using the same comp. and cable that was used to flash it the first time with positive results. The hard reset works it loads then goes into touchpro loop on startup.
