I have a tool made by someone think it was The-Equinox that is for wizard but by changen the name to Prophet it works i'll make a zip of it in a while and upload... then maybe we can get some realy cool splash screens in the future

I hope you don't me uploading the file . I've made some changes to the instructions for Prophet users, and added the correct flashing tools(everything is explained in the instructions, so there's no need for questions ).

Thanx for these! I was using my old method here:

that involved some hex editing. This new way seems simpler. Plus I can now change the HTC logo (the very 1st splash screen). Thanx!

Hallo, I found installer of this splash screen. I it’s made bay Gullum. It changes the first 2 screens when the IPL SPL is displayed http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=314241&highlight=Gullum+Splash
I've just used the 3-screens tool to make new splash files for my phone... worked perfectly!

That's the bug with the new ui builds.Office is not showing up.
No other bugs yet.
Will enter more details 2morrow
Dude you must be missing the office packages, coz i tried this build, office is workiing fine. some chefs like joojoobee666 @ ppcgeeks remove them and post them in a seperate file "removed items from <build no>". Check for that. And there is nothing changed in office so you can take office folders from one of the previous builds.

ya i put the office folders in the sys but it doesnt show up.

Nice boot animation but when I reboot my phone doesn't have time to play the entire animation because the phone boot time is smaller than the animation. Is there any way to make the animation faster?

btw, for 'part6', did u mean the 'part6 folder' or the sixth part? coz in fact the 'part6 folder' is set to run at the very begining, which shows a fade in google logo

i have read thru the description and searched the whole thread u posted but couldnt find any info about custom boot animation. i had asked the rom maker about it already so let's see what he replies
in the mean time, may be you can read this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=31833122&postcount=4, which shows you the steps for enabling custom animation if it is not supported by your rom natively. i've examined one of his scripts and it looks ok, but pls do ensure u understand what u r going to do before u made any changes to your system.

E.g. In whatsapp the messeage text changes but not the names, and they look ugly then.

simply use my zip friend
if u want to know whats inside search for updater script inside that
sometimes if ur pic size is big may boot logo not changing
if u wanna know how to make change in res
then see the screenshot of my work folder

i dont exactly get how to use your updater script. but since i saw what you did for the avengers .img... does that mean that its enough if i just replace my pic in the res folder and make the new .img? what settings should my pic have for the bootsplash? resolution etc. i made the pic with picsart and im pretty sure its at the size of my screen.

i can guarantee that if u use full screen picture the boot splash not working because of size matter or other reason related to bootloader
all pic must be in center of splash image ( by my experience )

when u say it wont work u mean it will be too big? or will i get a bootloop.
should i just send you my pic and you figure out how to make it fit my screen properly? if so i will send it in private because i made this pic from scratch. you will notice that i have moved a sentence on the top of the pic a little bit lower so that it doesent get covered by my screen's notch. was that move correct?

I tried the Apex splash screen, but when it boot the image is pixelated, looks like it is very low resolution. Im I missing something?
