I've a new ROM (STAR100_4.1.502.5_02.79.30_CWS_SHIP) on my Qtek 8500, but the only language is english (US) and I need the italian.
Were I can found the right phonepad for my device?
Yes, the italian is not htc rom, but Qtek 8500 Rom. The lastest version is 3.6.251.0 and is included italian language

nop the languge is hardcoded in the rom so you need to flash the rom to an english version

Download any WWE (for english) GER (for german) upgrade, check countrycode, customize extrom and execute.

If you have the Eastern European version of the Qtek 8500, the version that has Russian language it means that you also have the Romanian files for T9. If you are kind please upload the T9RomanianLdb.dll and T9ImeRes.Dll.0418.mui.

I have a MDA Touch Plus (niki200).
My brother has on his SE XPERIA X1 wm 6.5 and he can change in the options the language form german to english, france, spanish etc.
Can i use a english, italian, france or other niki rom and change in the options the language to german?

It's in English, but after installing the 16-key EzInput cab and the German language-cab you do have xT9 in German. There's a link to the EzInput files somewhere on the first page of that thread I linked.
