nop the languge is hardcoded in the rom so you need to flash the rom to an english version

We are a group in spain and some of us are trying to cook a ROM for toshiba g810 with windows mobile 6.5.

In this project we have a almost completly functional ROM in spanish with Windows Mobile 6.5 for toshibe g810. Everything but SMS are working.
But we have no idea about why SMS are not working!
The rom has been translated from another one in Russian. We jus translated it, so it would work.
Any idea?

I would like to make an inquiry and I have my old HP iPAQ rw6815 ... and I will install a 6.1 rom windows mobile 5 because I did a lot of problems, and of course all are in English and I would like to translate to Spanish.
What happens is not as open that file type, type. Nb0. Nbl. NBF. etc ...
With that program could do? and where to start to translate?
