Hi im new here and i have a qtek - Wizzard (WIZA100) and im wanna put on it wm6 and try diferents versions of it BUT...
atfer read some post i see my wizard if G4 cuz startup screen with tree "0" (000)
and looks like its pretty hard to unlock it... i already check some post of that..
I know i need to see if my wizzard if unlocked.
But how i can know that? how i know if it is unlocked or locked?
Another question:
What is radio? what is the work of that ?how to disable it ? cuz in a post to unlock says disable! but what it is ?
What is Ext rom??? what is the work of that ? for what ??
If someone can tall all about those plz !

man u need to do some serious searching in the forum, thats alot of info ur asking for and all of it lies in these very forums....this is where I started http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Wizard and I havent had to ask 1 question yet because this forum is very thorough if u take the time to look.
i keep reading and dont find where i will know hwta Radio means ? and detail stuff ai just unlock my ExtROM but dunno what ill do with that!
btw tell me how to know if my device its blocked!!! or not!

I"M USING (CHT) version though.. All the chinese text and what not. IS there any way to change it to ENGLISH version?

There seems to be a modified version of DSUU that do not have any limitations...
so..
what does that mean.. I"m so noob that I don't know what DSUU means or anything...
So is there any way I can upgrade mY Chinese ROM to English rom please??

my main problem is to change from CHINESE ROM to ENGLISH ROM...

3.Before next step, go to \windows\temp , u will find the extractable files.
4.find the file "pass.32"
5.Use ultraedit-32 to open it
6.Check first line,u will find "WWE"
7.Change "WWE" to "CHT" then save it.
8.Go to next step, u will pass the phone-check.
9.About 15 mins, u atom life will be the WM6 ENG.

Look at the stickies at the top of the page of Hermes Mobile 6. They should get you started. You need to get hardspl on your device first and then flash to the ROM of your liking.
