O2 Orbit 2 wired remote control headset - Touch Cruise Accessories

Hi All,
Has anyone managed to make this headset work? Mine does not do anything except listen to audio output but none of the controls on the headset works.
Anyone with O2 orbit 2 experienced this? any tips will be grateful.

There are two buttons on the side and one of them is called "Hold", apparantly this disables everything, the whole lot. Otherwise it is working perfect ...

SonyEricsson HBH-200 with XDA II

I was wondering if the above combination works, I believe that the HBH-200 needs the handset profile that is missing from the XDA II.
Has anyone came up with a patch to support this functionality.
I appreciate anyone help in providing a solution for this.
Thank you.
I have the same combination, it works, but sometimes has the bonding problem just like the jabra headset. the solution is to disable bluetooth in the bluetooth option menu, then enable bt headset mode on your today screen and then click on and ok.
you won't be able to see the phone numbers.

replacement remote control

Hi guys,
The left side of my hermes headset has stopped working, and I'm thinking of getting this as a replacement: http://cgi.ebay.com/Handsfree-Remot...ItemQQimsxZ20080911?IMSfp=TL080911111007r3494
Has anyone used this before? Any comments on whether it works on hermes and how well it works?
I like how this one lets me plug in my own headphones without breaking the bank And that it still has the mic and volume controls.
TIA!

[Q] Anyone else having problems with bluetooth/wired headset on KE7?

Well, I did not have this problem on KE1.
Basically, bluetooth/wired headsets work fine, when you are making a regular phone call.
The problem starts, when you try to use them through Skype - microphone does not work on them. Yep, neither wired's headset nor bluetooth microphone work when making Skype calls, phone's microphone is used by default in those cases.
Ironically, when using them I have to hold the phone near my face so that anyone can hear me...
Anyone else having this problem?
Wow, so I am the only one experiencing this or am I the only one using Skype with headsets? :/
Still have this problem on litghtening Rom 1.5...
Am I the only one wanting to use bluetooth/wired headset along with Skype and other non telephone apps???

TP2 and HTC BH S100 bluetooth headset

Hello!
My phone shows me the same message when i connect my headset every time i switch it on.
"The connected Bluetooth headset does not support volume control adjustment from the device. Adjust volume on the headset itself"
But there is one more thing. The internal buzzer of the BT headset does not work when someone calls me. Other functions do not work too, i can only answer or terminate a call.
Is there anything i can do for this? I am using stock ROM.
Thank you
It should be some setting in registry to remove annoying message, but for me was best to change ROM for cooked one. Here is no more silly messages like that.
What you mean other functions not working?
Hi mate.
I found solution for you without changing ROM.

Any *wired* mic / headphone set support the play / pause button?

I've done a few searches but have not been able to find an answer. Does the Transformer support the play / pause button on *any* wired mic / headset combo? I've tried a set of Skullcandy FMJ and a Sansung Vibrant headset, neither of which get a response from the Transformer. Just wondering if this feature was supported on any wired mic / headset out on the market, or is it just not supported at all?
Thanks!
With the Klipsch app in the market, I've been able to use the controls on my SkullCandy earbuds on my Droid2.

I couldn't find any apps that would work with my headset. Let us know please if you find something.
I tried the Klipsch app without success. Haven't been able to find anything that allows mic controls to work either.
I tried 4-5 headset and went back @ my jabra dogtag (bt3030) you can stil find them via ebay for about 15-20$ and you can connect any headphone you want
Klipsch app works ok on my G2x it doesn't work on my TF101

I have the same issue on the TF101, I was hoping to be able to get at least the play/pause button to work on the TF101 but so far no luck. I have the Image S5i from Klipsch and with the app I do get more functionality from the play/pause button (+ & -- buttons still do not function though) on my LG G2x.
So I am wondering IF it is possible that TF101 is not capable of supporting button functionality from a headset. I sure hope that is NOT the case. I would really like to be able to use at least the play/pause function from my Image S5i's.
If any body knows a remedy to make it operational it would be greatly appreciated from both me and my wife.
