Please Help Me.
I have updated my P3400 many times before with lomlom ROM in the past.
Initially it was ONBL 1.17.0000
SPL 1.10 olip
BUT AS I cHANGED SPL TO 1.07 OREF , by SD CARD METHOD ,IT IS STUCK AT TRICOLOUR SHOWING
ONBL 1.17.0000
SPL 1.07 OREF
I AM UNABLE TO FLASH ANY ROM SHOWING ERROR (300) INVALID UDATE TOOL
THE UPDATE UTILITY CAN NOT BE USED FOR YOUR PDA PHONE . PLEASE GET NEWER UPDATE UTILITY.
SINCE I AM A NEWBEE
PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.

Why did you had the itch to use the orefkov spl? its for new gene only and if olipro spl was working then it means you have an old gene. I dont know why you guys get so experimental that you dont care to read any instrusctions etc. Atleast 50 times it is written on this forum only that downgrading a device's spl or onbl makes it unbootable and you may have to take it to the service center.
I think the only way you can get your phone back is to use the JTag method, or take it to the service center.

Now this is really bad thing. Olipro is a genious so outstanding that you cant even imagine. Have you cared to read half of his posts? He and Orefkov are the ones because of whom we gene users were able to get Wm 6.1 on our mobile.he has done so much for the windows mobile community be it gene or kaiser or any other phone. If you dont have the patience to read threads, its your fault not Olipro's. He has designed the SPL for old gene and he is not responsible if you use it in a wrong phone. Designing an SPL is such a pain in the a** task that you cant even imagine i think. Its a developers forum, not some non-profit public service station where you can get services for free without doing anything. Of course you dont have to pay for most of the stuff, but the cost really comes as the time to read all the stuff here.
So never use that kind of words for people who you dont even know and what they have done for this world. Thats really bad of you man

Who in the world asked you to use the SPL designed to work on a OLD gene on your device...stop using these kinda words on developers who spend a whole lot of time in giving something good for our phones....
Your phone is bricked cos of you and not cos olipro designed something to work on OLD gene....

Its so easy to blame others for your stupidity, isn't it? Thanks to these guys, pple who use spend a part of their time reading the forums are able to flash their Genes.

pls read it has been writen quite well by Krazy im a total non techi i did it by readiing it 10+times u do the same and sucess is urs

But one day, me wants to upgrade it...
Without reading detail... i download one rom... and start flashing the rom
its updated and my htc gene is stuck at htc log...
then i download other rom (again without reading detail) and start flashing then its stuck at tri-color...
i try everything like mtty.. but no sucess.....
but still showing tri color

i need really help...
Give it to the service center buddy, you have messed it up too much. Although by legal means its out of warranty, most of the times, in cases like yours, they repair it for free. And in future be careful, flashing roms is not like changing cds in a vcd player, its quiet dangerous process and can make your device permanently dead if done without proper knowledge.
